The second throw of this video, by Ramon Laureano is the greatest throw of all time. The distance and accuracy of the throw is mind blowing. Over 300 feet on the fly and the first baseman catches it like it was thrown from the shortstop hole. Incredible.
yeah as soon as it leaves his hand, the trajectory is insanely different from what you're expecting. How about Canha playing it cool till the last second though. That was slick.
I do believe baseball on TV does need some rework on how they present it. I do not need to ever see someone easily trotting home. It's why seeing baseball live is also so good. You see all the moving parts and the game just seems all that much more visceral.
Robles has x10 better arm than Acunà, a top three arm in my opinion. Acunà is also very overrated defensively, probably on par with Soto, and that’s saying something
0:45 *runner thinks he can get all the way back from the middle of 2nd and 3rd base because Ramon Laureano is at the warning track in left center field* Also Ramon Laureano: "Imma pull a sneaky on ya XD"
I don't think most people realize how far of a throw these are, and the fact that their throws still don't have that much arch is insane. Think of this... a football field is about 300 ft.
My kids favorite player was Ronald acuna Sr playing for the local single A team.he he was super athletic like his son and figured he would play for the mets soon but he never panned.
Got to say The MLB and other baseball and music my two true loves. I can't go a week without watching a few games and I can't go a day without listening to my favorite bands like Delta Parole.
depends on where you’re at on the field and how much the runner has you beat by in terms of how close they already are to the base but if i were a catcher i would want it right in my glove lol

He was clocked at 100mph from the outfield in 2020 and just under 95mph before the torn ACL in 2021. Acuña can throw missiles and you’re right, his arm flies under the radar by far.

if I was a shortstop or second baseman tagging out a slow runner at second base that thinks they can outrun one of these right field cannon throwers, I'd be so toxic and say "relax g, you literally have 30 speed on MLB The Show" LOLOLOL

The one from Mookie from the warning track in deep right field to 3rd in the air was insane too
I've seen Renfrow make a handful of better throws. Best arm in baseball
His throw is how I imagined I threw in my dreams as a kid 😂 that was wild
Guess you never seen Clemente’s throw in the All Star game
Jose Guillen. Wasn't a massive dude but has a laser rocket arm. Obviously add Ichiro and Vlad. 😂
That Laureano throw for the A’s is mad - I love watching it!
Imagine Chapman in outfield lol
Oh god
lol right?!
Arm accuracy tho
Throw it to the stands
You can’t wind up like that in the outfield it takes too long
That throw from Laureano was nuts!
yeah as soon as it leaves his hand, the trajectory is insanely different from what you're expecting. How about Canha playing it cool till the last second though. That was slick.
That throw was on a bulleyes. Canha didn't need to move
He was on roids
Rizzo is giving me anxiety with that casual snag on the Baez throw
He plays the game like he’s on the beach
That's on purpose, to lull the runner into thinking there's no play.
Ik right..like "ain't nothin"
The fact that mookie’s initials are mlb is already intimidating enough but just the absolute fire hose make it 10x better
I do so love outfield artillery. There's just something about the long throws from the deep outfield that I have always admired.
Roberto Clemente had an amazing arm throw back in the day too
It's super annoying how the camera cuts to the runner right as they are making the throw.

LOL they can’t be bothered with even spelling the Padres right. “Sand Diego Padres”
They spelled Alex Gordon wrong too. They spelled it "Gordan." They really should have checked spelling
What are you talking about?
San Diego Padres is right
Lol no it’s San Diego Padres
You’re wrong
Yasiel Puig “Free Agent” lol
3:00 Sand Diego Padres?
He is now
Did you guys are let the interns do the on-screen graphics again?

2:00 looked like baseball practice for Aaron judge...he was relaxed and threw it hahahahaha
The sound off Freeman's bat is music.
i love going to the a's game and seeing ramon rob homeruns and showoff his amazing arm
I’m so excited for baseball to come back

Jesse Barfield is the GOAT when it comes to outfield arms
The Lagares one might be the most underrated on here. That thing must've been going 100
Wheres mike trout's throw to home
Mike Trout doesnt really throw that hard.
I don't think most people realize how far of a throw these are, and the fact that their throws still don't have that much arch is insane. Think of this... a football field is about 300 ft.
No it's not
Joey Gallo should definitely be on this list.
BRO HOW TF IS HE NOT
For sure he got second in arm strength last year
See the problem is that nobody watches Rangers games anymore
My kids favorite player was Ronald acuna Sr playing for the local single A team.he he was super athletic like his son and figured he would play for the mets soon but he never panned.
You can't make a video about the best arms in the game and not include the one and only Yadier Molina.
It’s outfielders not catchers lol did you even watch the video

same :(

One of the best but the jays usually get discarded for playing in Canada
Where is joey Gallo's throw to third to get byron Buxton out?

Acuña the besttt 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Jay-_ Pikete73 not as good as Soto though
Soto's plate discipline is better but nothing else he does is better than Acuna.
@@MJones-ur1hp na soto has higher average, ops, slugging percentage, and more ribs. Acuna does steal more and is better at defense tho.
Plate discipline covers most of what u said. Soto bats 4th and Acuna leads off. That's why Soto has more rbis
