ERROR 13 - ROBOROCK S8 PRO ULTRA

Nov 13: We purchased this ROBOROCK S8 Pro Ultra in March 2024. Recently (only 8 months), we are suffering from this ERROR 13. We were enjoying this robot prior this error pops up and It is really fustrating. We followed the instructions on ROBOROCK website and has been in discussion with customer services. We were asked to capture a video and put in on a cloud drive. But i think it needs to be shared publicly. I had added 2x speed in certain segment to shorten the video length.
We really hope it can be fixed under warranty. This error does not pop up in my friend’s robot of the same model who bought it earlier than mine.
