Edit: the “happy” ending that would play the current version of sunsets would be a fake thing Satan put up for Mickey, and Minnie was never there. To get that ending you must have 5 misses max, anything above results bad ending.
In old sunset, Mickey looks happy that it’s all over, while new sunset Mickey looks like “aw man sorry for trying to kill you and injecting you with drugs, my bad, we are cool right” and I find it hilarious
Both sunsets are good in their owns ways. The old one feels like Mickey wants to apologize and thank the player for being there for him. The new one may also feel like an apology and a thanks but also like a fun little thing before going off.
I personally like both new versions plus New Last Day has that sad feeling in the song that really plays into how Mickey has finally given up and doesn't want to make things better anymore. Kinda gives the player the "It's your fault this happened" feeling
