The old double-syringe Mickey is way to polygonal when he sings, especially his up pose. Also the small eyes make it look weird. Satan looks like fan art The only change from old to new I *despise* is the nerf on the health drain. The more punishing drain makes the song feel more dangerous and makes you feel like you are *literally going to die.* I hope there’s an update which buffs this song.
I like the new one mainly because it feels more design consistent. Like it looks like the previous songs in terms of style and that's what matters to me. Deliberate misdesign can work but for this song Hellhole's new ones work better in that sort of vibe.
The entire mod was redone because of the leakers, the winstfulness music, dejection, and unknown suffering, hellhole, ALMOST EVERYTHING, because of the leakers, the new sprites are even cool but the reason why they redone is not cool at all, it won't have part 3 of the mod because of leakers, some leakers even ask for permission to post parts that are going to be put in the mod, but some don't.

For phase 3 I prefer the old sprites But everything else in the new one is better especially the devil the old one just looks kind of goofy
