Honestly that breakdown is one of the best i've ever heard. This is my favorite song off of Mesmer, and by Northlane. There's just something about it that gets me ridiculously pumped and inspired. Mesmer is personally my favorite album by them too.
They played it live a few days ago in Singapore I think, or Thailand maybe.

Every aspect of this song is absolutely brilliant. The lyrics have to be my favorite part. This is the album that I envisioned and hoped node would be. It's refreshing to see them go back to their roots

It's really hard for me to say honestly, I can say that it has some of my favorite Northlane songs ever written. Ranking the album compared to the others is hard at the moment because it's new and I was so hyped for it.
Jesus H I was pleasently surprised by how much i like this album.... i enjoy the guitar riffs much more than anything on Node.... but Node is hard to beat for me. I love that we have heavy Northlane albums and ambient chill clean Northlane albums with Marcus. This album definitely outreached my expectations.
Jesus H Its like comparing Erras "Augment" to their latest album "Drift". Different unclean vocalist, but both great albums.
Definitely. The best thing is that Invent, Animate basically picked up the pieces of when Adrian left and they carry that sound so well. They became one of my favorite bands when Adrian left and their new album 'Stillworld' is honestly one of my favorite albums musically and instrumentally. So the way I see it is that we have the best of both worlds; The Northlane evolution and then Invent, Animate carrying the torch for that singularity-esque style of ambient metalcore. Please do yourself a favor and listen to Stillworld(Invent, animate) if you haven't.

i dont mind the cleans. only thing that bothers me is they almost never do low growls anymore. high pitched screams and cleans. no real sick breakdowns or anything its like they are post hardcore now
