Fascinating - the history covered, the extremely interesting discussion on the interplay between personal politics and art, the discussion on Karachi; this was FANTASTIC. Thank you for this to all parties involved.

I dream of a day when Indian and Pakistani left can merge all the progressive forces of the subcontinent together and defeat the communal forces which are rising. We are the only hope in these hopeless times. Red salute to my dear comrades across the border. This is a long fight and we have to ramp up our struggle

CPI was pro british who supported communal Muslim league and opposed freedom struggle too. There slogan was "Ye azadi jhoothi hai" and second was "Le ke rahege Pakistan , Dena hoga Pakistan" ..
Command of India's Communist Party was in hand of British Communist leaders. Percy E. Gladigs, Philip Sprat, George Elison, Bronjamin Francis Brodley, Hrew Jalester Hutchinson, S. Sakalathwala and Rajni Pamadut etc. were such a British Communist leader who worked for the communist party of India. Of these Although Saktalwala was Parsi, he was in the UK for a long time and for a few years, there were also members of the Lower House of the British Parliament (House of Commons). Rajni Pamdutt was originally Bengali but was going to Britain and was one of the founding members of the British Communist Party in 1920. The Communist Party of India was not Indian than its herriad and is not.
It was ridiculous that it was a "Communist Party of India" not a Indian Communist Party. This is applicable above the Marxist Communist Party and other communist groups. In this way India's Communist movement has not been born abroad, but the formulas of its adherence, promotion, development and direction have also been abroad.
CPI not only opposed Gandhi but quit India movement too.
Now CPI is known as the biggest islamic fundamental force in India.

@@ThePakistanExperience This is easier said than done. Attempts to do this will be branded treasonous. There is still scope of class struggle in India (whether right or wrong) but communists are rapidly losing political support in India.

And I sincerely hope that communist are rooted from all political systems just like all bad ideas. Left also has its own idea of Ummah. It’s failed system. We need solution driven politics. Not ideologues.

Yaar Shehzad. This is the 255th time you have misquoted Jaun Elia. He never said UP k launday. He said Aligarh k launday as in Aligarh Muslim University k launday referring to the alumni of AMU who later became part of the Muslim elite in entire India not just UP. It changes the entire meaning of what he said when you say UP k launday
