thanks for a well presented and balanced informative video .For people like myself who keep cars for 5 years or more ford cars are very attractive due to their reliability and spares availability and manageable costs.
However i am concerned about the lower profile tyres 205/45 that sit on 17" wheels which create a, larger turning circle and limits tyre selection for winter usage.
not good for parking in British parking bays designed by idiots, more suitable for Morris minors rather than todays bigger cars, and not good for north east England hillbilly winter terrain

I remember there was a time you could actually stand in the engine bay, so simple and uncomplicated, were the engines and ancillary components. NOT ANYMORE! Such is progress, eh?????????

When will Ford realise that some people under the age of 70 may prefer an automatic, and are still interested in performance? The Focus was launched in 1998 and they've only just released an ST in auto. Fiesta??? It's 30 years behind the Germans. Great review.❤

As an European model, Fiesta is made in Germany, and the better part of designs originate there too. So it's probably more German than you think. But I see your point...

Mark 7? Why does everyone else call this the Mark 8 or 8.5?

It started from when Ford released the mk4 facelift I think people then classed it as the mk5 instead of the 4.5

In 2022/3 Australia, you can't buy a Fiesta for love nor money. I wonder why Ford Australia doesn't sell it anymore? Can anyone enlighten me? thanks

Always liked Fiesta's.They.were reliable, good to drive and cheap to fix. The ecoboost engines put an end to the reliability and cheap to fix. Even Ford engineers don't like working on them. Shame Ford ruined what was a very good car.

The problem was the wet belt setup. Now the MHEV, last version before being dropped from the range has a cam chain.

Shouldn't this be titled 'can you buy the Ford fiesta?'... not in the UK you can't anymore.

The Fiesta is being discontinued in 2023 next year. It is still available to buy until then 👍

Worst of both worlds. All that electric bork potential for no reason. A blunder by Ford to go down this dead end
