A tip for all the lemons, is that my mother would juice all hers and freeze the juice in ice trays. That way if you make some soup you can cool it down with the lemon ice and get some added flavor!

LEMON RECIPE IDEA: lemon tarte with a gingerbread crust. SO GOOD !!!
You can cut up lemons and put them in ice cube trays fill with water and have refreshing ice lemon cubes for water, soda, punch drinks etc.😍
You can make some lemon deserts too! like lemon meringue pie!
