Cool device, but I think you overengineer it. You could use external ADCs and read the data over I2C or use directly ESP32 as it has more GPIOs. I think the two STM32 is making the device much more complicated than needed.
Hi it is very good project. thank for that but some missing information like Total voltage , minimum voltage with cell number , maximum voltage with Cell number , delta voltage, avarage, number of string, free potential relay for active balancer when out range 30mv. selectable lifepo4 or litum ion. i am waiting for impletement all feature in this project.

I have considered that option before, but due to budget constraints, I can only do it that way.
