Hi Samantha,As a fellow recent (3 months) Jersey escapee😆,I dig following your relocation videos.We're in the Poconos now.OMG,the stories I could tell you about the simultaneous sale/purchase! 😳Both our Pa. & Jersey realtors told me in separate conversations that they had NEVER seen as much UNNECESSARY drama as they had in this transaction.You probably know our Woodbridge agent (Bobby G.).Anyway,in the end it was worth it

What kind of soap did you use to clean the garage floor?
How did you narrow down a location? Help lol have 6 weeks till we have to relocate and I have no idea where to go look. I moved upstate Ny from mahwah now going to work in Atlanta need a good suburb area with things to do for our 4 kiddos 9 and under
Choosing where to locate is going to be different for anyone. I suggest starting with your commute, what is the max commute time and mark a radius around that. Then I would narrow down further by budget, schools, things to do, etc. and that will most likely narrow you down to a few areas to then search in.
For us, we had some friends down here and were going to be working from home so commute didn't matter and we wanted to be close to the people we knew here so that's how we narrowed it down.
Also, there are so many Facebook groups for moms, families, etc that you can join and ask questions about towns, areas, neighborhoods, schools, and everything that is important to you. Good luck!!
