If you mean the most recent release, the capsule is somewhere else this time. If you can't make it to the bottom without ragdolling, you should turn player damage on. Unfortunately the new version of this room wasn't tested with player damage off, and no one caught it until now. Why this fixes it; Ragdolling is triggered differently with physics damage on, for balance reasons I'd assume

@@acssination8541 Nah, in this version of the room, the water (well, blood) would prevent you from ragdolling. And before, It was just water back then in 0.6.3b.

This bloody (not bloody anymore) room seems to do nothing now, and the door code in 18:00 doesn't work either. Pretty sad, i did all this without any spoilers until now (except getting the key, cause i didn't know you could climb ledges in this game lol)

I love how casually unhinged votv players are. Even in a normal tutorial walkthrough, you'll still get ominous and vague messages like "all of the slides are blue. they're all blue." I think their insanity is entirely naturally occurring from a mixture of isolation, paranoia, boredom, and their apparent lack of meds.
The message at 7:56 says, "Dont get seen down here. You are being stalked by something It will only be even more dangerous from here.
there's another just a few frames earlier, which says "falling, or failure to collect the burgers in time will cause you to be jolted dead asleep, and unrestful" if i'm remembering right
edit: someone else apparently commented about this one a good while ago, but i figure it doesn't hurt to have them both in the same place

I love how you incorporated hidden and sometimes vague messages in your video just like the tutorial does EVERYWHERE. I swear, it seems like half the game's data is just in the tutorial levels lol. Looking forward to coverage and... make sure you remember which turns to make in the next area. Would hate to find out what happens if you take the wrong path :)

On Joel's recent stream there was a black silhouette that appeared in the spawn room while he was trying to get a core, idk if it's a documented event or even a glitch but it looked kind of like Klaud from Star Wars
I believe the entity has been document in the past, specifically on a GitHub website dedicated to the game
However, it was believed that the entity was unimplemented so we know very little about it
I think it was nickname 'shadow spider'
I'll edit in the name of the website once I remember/find it

Just this morning I was looking for a video about secrets from the newest update’s tutorial, only to find nothing.

I know for a fact the pedestal room is abandoned and safe, because I spent like 30 minutes machine-gunning rocks at the shape on the vent platform instead of just using an explosion.

4:53 dont worry yourself over what you have not, we all forgive and forget what has not, so focus on what you must without the burden
you make some of the best tutorial/investigation videos of this game's weirdness honestly, absolutely love every single one of your videos keep going man.
Just so you know too, in 0.7.0b3 (the non experimental new release as off 20ish hours ago) the blood filled room with the 3rd nuclear capsule changed to no blood and you fall onto some crates. Currently, I'm struggling to find anyone who has got into that room and not rag-dolled from the fall height. There's also no water so even getting rid of the crates with the gas can explosion won't help. I have no idea what to do besides hope a hook is hidden somewhere :(
Edit: You have to have damage turned on. You take damage, but don't ragdoll when landing on the crates. It took longer than I wished to find this answer..

I noticed in the bloody room there are now a pile of crates that cause you to ragdoll upon falling, resulting in teleportation. (Also there's no blood.) How would you get past that?
Due to how physics work in the game depending on if you have physics damage enabled or not, you ragdoll easier if you turn physics damage off. You should turn physics damage on. I'm sure this oversight will be patched soon though. Good to know it has a workaround, thankfully.
In a previous version, the capsules at the end would kill me. Is there a setting I need to mess with to prevent the damage?
In story mode, those capsules do radioactive damage now. But you do need it for an upgrade later that you can find in the bunker.
In the tutorial, on the current release, there's no longer any radioactive damage from them, but they would damage you in the older releases, until (I assume) it was decided that the tutorial capsules were too difficult to place down quickly enough.

Anyone know where to go when you reach the Olympic sized swimming pools?/wall of holes
jump into the hole in the wall that's almost level with the ground and then jump across that row of holes. jumping from hole to hole is kinda rough but don't sprint and try and stick to the wall so you can ledge grab up into the hole. the 3rd or 4th one over in that row should have a vent you'll have to bust open that'll lead you to the end of it (for now)

Is this Voices of the Void or a Liminal Space game? Because so far. The tutorial doesn't even look like the game. This tutorial is turning me off from the game. If I want to play a Liminal Space game. I'll play the Backrooms Game. (which I do like mind you)
