In this video I'll be sharing Hyderabadi Kulfe Ki Katli Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Water 1 Cup
Masoor Ki Dal 50gram
Green Chili 2
Kulfa Ki Bhaji 5 Pieces
Tomato 1 piece
Salt Half Teaspoon
Red chili powder ¼ Teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Tamarind Lemon Size
Ginger Garlic Paste half teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Tamarind water 1 ½ cup
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
Oil 30ml
Cumin ¼ teaspoon
Mustard seeds 2 pinch
Dry chili 4
Curry leaves 5-6
