A tip thay got me good was just start out ak spray crouched then go to non crouched and shoot random stuff alot to practice ur aim the best way to get good is just to play alot the more u play the more expierence u get and the better u get

Your ak recoil is insane.
A tip i use is playing aim training on 60 pov and turning it back up after awhile and the difference is crazy

I suck at shooting standing still but if your running your dead idk what it is with my luck or my aiming skills i can hit u while u running side to side but if u stand still im missing 99.9% shots my one tip for tracking skills is u shoot 5 left 3right 5 tight 3left and also if u counter their running with strafeing u will get batter at it best thing to do is get a friend and jus have him move left and right rapidly while u shoot at him and he shoots at you and then run that drill 3-4 times before u play. Also another good drill for it is some community servers have a 1v1 arena and u can practice there

U have to have the public test branch it’s a separate download than just normal rust but these servers are called target practice🙌
At least they made it so you don’t respawn in the same spot, the spawn trapping was real with m2💀

Is ping 150 to 200 normal? Dose it affects to much?
It’s not too bad it’s definitely not good but it won’t affect it too much tho I’ve played on server with horrible ping and could still do good
Not that bad but hey, at least you won't get invalids. Your shots render more when you lag somehow. It was a patch glitch from D11.
I struggle with my ak recoil my aims decent but my recoil just holds me back
if you’re still struggling i’d recommend slapping a 4x on it while in aim train servers, it’ll be harder to control but if you can start to understand 4x recoil iron and holo start to become way easier

I feel that
The aim definitely isnt smooth like CoD. It just feels off... i feel like a lot of these PC ports feel off when they come to console. I have almost max sensitivity but the aim still feels slow. I assume theres some type of aiming acceleration that we cant disable. BF 2042 has this issue. I hate the acceleration. I want quick and snappy aim which is reactive to the slightest touch. I dont want to push my analog ALL the way to get maximum movement.

U get the testing branch from buying some pack form the PlayStation/xbox store. It should either be the cobalt pack or the dark camo pack that unlocks the testing branch it’ll say it in the item description in the store

They have them removed as of right now but you can go to main branch and search aim train in the community tab and find some player made ones

rust would be so much better if the aiming and shooting was smooth like cod, no input delay or nothing… i dont even have a problem with recoil, just being able to aim where im intending… i have a 2.3 kd on COD but cant aim for shit on rust💀
