Bouncing on the floor or ground would be tough on joints after a while. Bouncing on a rebounder is easier on the body due to the flexible supportive material that it’s made with.
Due to my osteoporosis osteoarthritis I use a leg cycle machine that sits on the floor while I sit in a chair. If I cycle in a HITT method quickly according to the accelerator and recovery, will that still give me muscle benefit? Anyone can answer please? Thank you

I would use one where you can hold on to something. But you should be careful and start very slow. And always consult with your healthcare professional beforehand
No gluten....wheat/barley/rye...oats/corn/rice may lower swelling/inflammation etc... Rice is low in gluten. Wild rice has no gluten. Gluten may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. Hair test to see good minerals/heavy metals from Amazon may help. Milk thistle/dandelion at night may help detox.

Oh yes it does! I have done it with my parents who were told they were going to die in a hospital, but started doing just this exercise program. They lived as very active elders to their late 90s enjoying a fun and happy life!

Some of us can't jump or run but iagree an exercise bike ortreadmill. Winters are long in canada
You can jump on a trampoline, because there is less stress in that than in walking.
You don't jump on rebounder just bounce. Like she was, barely your feet are off rebounder.

Bouncing on the rebounder give you just about more acceleration. And that means more is happening to your body!

Can anything be done to cure neurophy caused by low B12.
Neuropathy seems to be caused by high surgery- diabetes? Taking B12 supplements should help if it’s only that?
Did you get your bloodlevels checked out?
