I need to cancell this order but when i followed the steps instesd of saying veiw order deatials it says veiw payment details what should i do to cancell this order
So do seller’s have to come out of pocket at all for cancellations? Like pay a fee? Or does ebay just refund from the payment ebay has held from the buyer?
@@crimevaultunitedkingdom as of rightnow I haven’t been charged at all as the seller, order was cancelled and refunded from the funds ebay had on hold from the buyer.
Im just bit confused and cautious of not paying any extra fees out of my pocket cause buyer messed up... They bought a thing, then asked me to refund due the mistake they made. Total Prices was 500 + 16$ Fee credits is: -96$ Refund amount is: 420$ Do I have to pay -96$ out of my pocket? or Im not paying anything. Just to bring clarity for myself :)

i have the same question. my fee credits are $83. i have no clue what that means and if i need to pay that
