I think there’s definitely a possibility of there being a video game crash and I think it’s needed. It will also be for the better. Anti consumerism with almost every company at this point and an over exaggerated of games... if it continues people will slowly get tired of companies and it will crash. I think the market won’t end I think it will be the end for Microsoft in the console market and the Xbox will slowly die out of the market for (maybe) I think the next console wars will be in between Sony vs Nintendo with Apple joining the market with a different approach for TV and gaming in general...
I dont going to happen in 21 but maybe mid gen. I remember the crash of 83 I was 9. During this period I mostly played PC in the Commodore 64. They the best games in those few years. The writing is kinda on the wall for another one if Triple A publishers don't quit failing at releasing decent and not half baked games. History is partly repeating itself...S.M.H

maybe but don't think it since Xbox Series X/S are its "fastest-selling consoles ever" at 6.5m as of June 30, 2021.
it will crash at one point but not anytime soon. post crash it will be PC mainly imo. its just a hunch.
