    Thank you for the video. About the gyro feature, it's not meant to be used as full-pledged aiming control, but it's for micro adjustment when aiming using the regular stick. It's really useful when you're aiming something far away, and needed that micro-adjustment while aiming

      Hi Dani! Thank you for sharing. Now that you mentioned it, this feature now makes more sense. 😘

      @sovo1212 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@GamersClinic Also worth mentioning, the "motion sense aim assist" only emulates the left analog stick using the gyro, which means it's less accurate. On the other hand, using gyro in Switch mode is much more precise because it's working in "native" mode. Unfortunately, this also means losing analog functionality for both triggers, but that's Nintendo's fault.

    You sir just gained a new sub! I love that you, not only made a video about the Kingkong 2 Pro, but you also educated anyone watching about the benefits of Hall Effect joysticks. More people need to know about this "hidden" technology. I'm tried of people reviewing all these manufacturers of controllers I.E "Microsoft" that sell cheap ass "planned Obsolescence" sticks that are built only so they can get you to buy 4 controllers per year. To put this into perspective The Sega Dreamcast Had hall effect sensors. It's absolutely insane that they are not the industry standard in 2023.

    • @jammo7370
      @jammo7370 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Fun fact, there are also ways to do potentiometers that are very consumer friendly. IIRC dualshock 2 controllers did an auto-calibration when they got turned on so even if the contacts got worn out a bit there still wouldnt be drift. Planned obsolescence is the worst, especially when the problem was already solved decades ago

    • @sesshomaru618
      @sesshomaru618 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Jammo wow, I didn't even know PlayStation went that route. Didn't they stop doing it at some point? I haven't owned a PlayStation since the PS2, I've played on a PS4 controller though.

    • @jammo7370
      @jammo7370 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@sesshomaru618 yeah, pretty sure they stopped doing it definitely by the ps4 era, after they decided to go full money grubber. on the ps2 you could even initiate calibration at any point, even during gameplay. while it didn’t completely eliminate stick drift, it certainly extended the lifespan of the joysticks by a significant amount.

    You CAN physically switch the buttons. Your kit probably didn't include it but they have a $10-$12 product with 4 buttons and a button puller to switch them.
    The regular buttons can't be switched because they're all different sizes (ergonomics) so different layouts need new buttons.

I only fell a bit weird about the ZL and ZR trigger, they feel nice to push, but I don't find them really comfy when i don't press them. No you don't need PS Remote Play for this to work. Just connect the Besavior to the ps5 then connect the Kingkong 2 Pro controller to the Besavior Controller.

    Mine broke after about 3 weeks. It was one of the triggers. Didn't want to deal with contacting Gulikit so I tore it apart and fixed it myself. I was not happy to find the reason it felt so heavy and well built....the weights they had added inside the case to make it heavy. Took all the weights out and actually like it better lighter but thought it was pretty shady to just add weights to make it heavy. It's a good controller, but not great.

      I frankly thought this was a lie and I opened mine up and there were two weights added on each grip on the back portion. After removing them, I realized the weight distribution felt awful for me so I put them back in. Wish they had used that area for like a bigger better or something though.

    The Gulikit controller does Not have more "bulk" to it than a Xbox controller. Microsoft licensed the use of the Xbox controller shell to Gulikit, It's the exact same.

    • @ThiefJack
      @ThiefJack ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not. It's a bit smaller in several areas. They probably have a patent on the design. Kinda like how apple licenses their MagSafe or lightning connectors, maybe? Similar but not necessarily the same. But it's definitely not bulkier.

    • @GamersClinic
      @GamersClinic  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Vincen! If I didn't need a controller for the Nintendo Switch, then I would go for the Xbox controller mainly for PC gaming. Though the KingKong2 Pro controller is a great controller to have around as a spare.
      The Xbox controller I'm using is the 20th anniversary edition 😉

    • @GamersClinic
      @GamersClinic  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Fatahillah! If you also own a Nintendo Switch, then yes. If not, and you are looking for a controller to play mainly on PC, I will recommend going for a Xbox One controller + the wireless adapter for best wireless experience. Though, going this option will cost you almost double the price of the KingKong2 Pro, and if budget is a concern, then the KingKong2 Pro will be fine as well as long as you switch it to the Xbox layout mode. (Though the physical buttons will still be Switch layout). Hope this helps ^^

      Hi Joseph! Happy Birthday in advance! Regarding updating the firmware, you should as it will add new features and fix a couple of known issues. You just download the official firmware from the GuliKit website, connect the controller via the USB A to C cable to your PC, and the program will update it automatically while you wait.
