I love how she’s chowing down on her food at the end like she’s not being videotaped...lol Most TH-camr keep talking and tell you about the taste, texture and flavor. Not here....she’s like..nom...nom....nom... Love it!
Somebody said it so simple it is awesome , it is so simple and the sauce is extraordinary how I know I tried it Tonigh with some long grain rice. Thank souped up for sharing!!!!
These are the videos we need. You’ve done the restaurant stuff, which are amazing and so much better than the restaurants. Now we want the stuff you grew up eating and what you eat now. It seems easy to you, but it’s all new to us. We have a large garden, as well as access to at least 4 Asian markets, I’d love to see more veg dishes. Not strictly vegetarian, as we eat meat too, just more uses fir veggies🤩
I cooked this up for supper last night, using some home-ground pork shoulder, and we LOVED it! Thank you for sharing your family recipe with me and my family!
I'm going to try this dish. In the Netherlands we call those long beans, kouseband. Wich means something like garter. Because they use these beans a lot in Surinamese recipes, they are freely available in the Toko's here.
Made this tonight. Excellent! Have made several of your recipes and they’ve all been delicious. Aside from that, love your enthusiasm, detailed instructions, explanations, and just you being you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, traditions, skills, and so much more.
I love this easy yet delicious recipes, they are a staple in my weekly menu, simple dishes go a long way when properly prepared, thank you for adding that great tip on when adding the sauces giving more flavor to the veggies rather to the meat.
Hello Mandy I've been watching you for quite a while but finally I had to comment. I love all the things that you cook I love Chinese food. I'm from Canada but my son and his wife Yan live in Guangzhou I have been there a couple of times and just loved it. You Remind Me so much of my daughter-in-law, whom I love so much but don't get to see too often seeing you makes me smile. I hope you have a wonderful year in 2021 take care and stay safe.
Thanks so much for these straightforward recipes with common ingredients and lots of substitution options! Just when I've run out of ideas for family meals during lockdown, a Souped Up Recipes video comes to the rescue again.
I just happened to make another stir-fry like this yesterday . Mine was what is apparently called Za Jiang Mein and I would describe it as a garlic-based meat sauce over noodles and topped with scallions and cucumbers. It was easy and incredibly good. Yours looks like something I might try the next time. Wondefful food, all of it. And your videos are wonderful as well. (That's why I subscribe.)
Bought the souped up Wok for xmas, made this recipe last night. Super happy with both! Thanks so much for your fabulous videos, informative presentations and the wok is a total bonus
It's funny, I was just looking for a recipe for this. My grandfather used to grow these beans in his garden. He was Italian, not Chinese, but he loved beans, and liked to grow lots of different varieties. I'll probably try this with French long beans first. The nearest Chinese market is an hour away. Thanks for the recipe! from a former San Franciscan who grew up with Chinese food!
Hi everyone............!!!! I love Mandy’s recipe. Her cooking and explanation is very clear easy to follow. In particularly her authentic cuisine from various provinces. Great jobs!👍😋😍
Going to make this tomorrow,i always watch and get ideas what to cook for my employer and i did try to cook some of your recipes the best was the steam tofu with mince meat my boss love it🙂
My daughter came to spend the day with me and we enjoy cooking together. This is very easy to make and it makes for a good time cooking with my daughter. This is a very good recipe and I'm going to try it using ground beef and a little beef broth added to it. Alan Merrill
Here in Taiwan those beans are sold in the day markets. I had never seen them before coming here. The first time I saw them I of course had to buy some and try them. They're definitely not sweet and don't taste good undercooked. They're good mixed in with any other diced vegetables, but I recommend getting them going before adding the other ingredients.
Hello Mandy! I love your recipes!😍 I already made your Pao Cai recipe! I was able to buy a glass Chinese pickling pot too! It made things simpler for sure.☺️ A month has passed and the pickles have become wonderfully fragrant~ However, my tolerance for saltiness is very low so I could not eat them as is right now. I used them for cooking stir fry pork, though! And it was amazing!!!✨ Everyone in my family loved it.♥️ Please please share more recipes using Pao Cai, Mandy!🙏🏻🥺
This is my go to cooking channel atm. The food is amazing and I've used this woman's recipes everyday for the past week and I'm. Seeing a huge difference on the waist .... that accent though 😍
I'd say she's using fairly lean pork mince here, a lot of store bought pork mince is around 15% fat so keep in mind you might need to drain out some of the excess fat at some point which might require you to cook the pork separately first.
I love how she’s chowing down on her food at the end like she’s not being videotaped...lol

You always make me hungry and happy at the same time ☺️
Lotsa love from the Philippines

It's a hit. Made it last night. Restaurant quality taste. Took longer to prep than to cook. Great recipe.
Ok, this recipe is going into the steady rotation. Easy, healthy, delicious.
especially healthy if you use less cooking oil and serve with steamed daikon instead of rice
@@bonniejunk oooh, nice alternative!
I’d use Korean black or brown rice, even healthier.
I cooked this up for supper last night, using some home-ground pork shoulder, and we LOVED it! Thank you for sharing your family recipe with me and my family!
Made this and was blown away with how good it was!

I just made it :) I bought frozen ones, as the fresh kousenband was empty!
Just made this for dinner after chasing down snake beans (as they’re known here in Brisbane). So, so tasty! Thanks for sharing. ❤️
Really enjoy all your videos and recipes!
"HI EVERYONNNNNNNN" 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 It should become a trademark 😄😄😄
love the way she does that .... she's sooooo cute
love a cook that love's their own food , girl can eat man
The intro makes me forget about any problems. Very powerful 💖
@@RedDragonVideos yeah,that's right!
It is almost certainly intentional.
I wonder if it stems from Chinese being a tonal language.
Looks like a yummy! Thanks for sharing. You did it again, Mandy. Great job!!
Thank you I try everything you makes my family love it

I'm so glad you posted this video because I've grown long beans for 3 years now and I always struggle to find variety in how to cook them!
My Grandma would also make this dish but with beef, especially during long bean season. Another one to try this week.👍
That's one of my favourite recipes! So happy to see a perfect of it from you.
I love the simplicity!
Your blouse is very classy. 💜
Thank you for one of my favorites. I would like to see more vegetable dishes and how to properly prepare things like Gai Lan, Yu Choi, Bok Choi, etc😋

I have tried this as a new way to make long beans, and it was delicious! And it's a bonus that it is so quick and easy to make.😊
I made this last Saturday night for my first go at cooking Chinese food. It was absolutely delicious and I will be making this again for sure.
I grew up with fried green beans. Usually have bacon grease and add some smoked ham. Delicious 🤤 Excellent recipe 👍❤️💯🙋♂️
Thank you 💖

I love this dish in the restaurant - now I'll try it at home, thanks to you!
one day i followed Jamie's recipe, which needs several steps: pan fry, oven, take it out, stir, put it in, ..... Your recipe is easy.
Do you have the link for Jamie's recipe
I only trust true Chinese people to teach me Chinese recipes lol

I love the simplicity of this. I wish we could get the long beans here in the UK easily.
Def saving this one! I'm trying to grow those this year.
Such a great recipe! Thank you again for another amazing dish 🍲
I had almost this exact same this dish last week with my mom. This is one of our favorites 👍
I like that you do some simpler recipes sometimes because I often don't have the time for some of your more complicated ones!
Love your channel! And bought your wok!
