When you drilled and when you put in screws into the roof how did you make sure that you did not make holes in your roof lining? Can we see the inside of the car with a couple of pin holes there? 🙂

I wouldn’t know mate, I didn’t buy any of the stuff and it was second hand
Hey mate, I am having some trouble getting fitters at ARB to get the roof tracks in like these ones and fit them into the Hilux channels.
Apparently the only listings that Rhino Rack have for that model Hilux are the clamp style ones and separate tracks that have to be riveted to the roof but next to the factory roof channels.
Are the tracks you used proper Rhino Rack ones and if so do you know which model exactly? Or are they a custom/DIY jobby?

+Matt Walker, wasn’t the best fit but we found by using longer rivets it worked better
The reason it didn't fit well is that the tracks are meant for an RA Rodeo or older DMax. I certainly wouldn't do it

Those rivets will not hold and will come out eventually, hopefully not at 100km/hr
