This is honestly the best sustainable packaging I've ever seen. The fact that the refill comes in a paper tube, because duh it's powder, instead of plastic like most companies would do despite it being a powder, is amazing. Like I've seen so many refills that come in plastic that could've very easily come in a paper or cardboard packaging. Personally, it's not a shampoo for my hair, but I love this and I hope people who can use it and can afford it, support this product.
Shampoo bars are my go to. I'll never look back. And it feels so good to have all your shower stuff in bar form when you travel, literally fits in a small tin!

This remiended me, but in japan most of the soaps, shampoos and conditioner are refillable in pouches, even brands as dove has them, if they have this in japan why not the rest of the world

Wouldnt the powder in the bottle gunk up if you used it during a hot shower? Like, itll only be open for a brief moment but the moisture that goes in will accumulate.
Good question! Personally I've found powder shampoo to lather better than bars, and give my hair a more thorough cleanse (shampoo bars tend to leave my hair feeling greasy😞)

I don’t know if you count OTC medications as “beauty” products, but all I can do is ask… What are your thoughts on Cabinet Health? I like the concept of buying a “starter” kit for each common OTC medication, and then buying their refills bags, which say they are compostable. I don’t know if that’s actually true. I would love more insight on how other types of products can be more sustainable.
i love the idea of these as well as shampoo/conditioner bars but as someone with very long and thick hair i am just….super doubtful that a powder formula or a solid bar would work as well for me as regular liquid

I’ve been interested in Wild deodorant for a while now and love their packaging! How well does it work though? I am used to using antiperspirant deodorants since I sweat a lot and have been nervous about switching!
the only bad thing about it is we all know in the shower all bottles get filled with water somehow so youd need to bring it in every time you want to shower

Not just sustainable, also great for travel!! If you travel a lot for work like myself and find urself going on lots of small trips, you know the struggle of trying to fit all you potions in the little 1L bag.
At this point just get a shampoo bar???😭 Mine had cardboard recyclable and recycled packaging and a reusable lathee bag??? It smells great and makes my hair feel great? Completely eco friendly less of a mess
