    Thanks, Colin. An interesting array of light colours over the whole area. The pink reflections on the Polycarbonate Roofing from the UV Arrays almost made it seem like the start of a sunrise or the last of a sunset.
    I suspect that the handover will be more like an athletics relay race where it takes a while for the baton to actually be in full control of the next stage runner.
    PoI's:
    1) @ 3:34 mins, we can just see that they have fitted the bottom large fence panels in the large NW Wind-baffle.
    2) @ 4:01 mins, we can see the light reflecting off the galvanised steel shoe scrapers
    3) @ 4:26 mins, we can see that one unit of the northern side light strip in the central terrace tunnel is not working.
    4) @ 4:51 mins, it looks as though they still have to complete the northern end of the Capping Beam on the Lower Promenade.
    5) @ 6:23 mins, it's good to see that the blue-glazed brick-laying should be completed soon enough and so I guess we'll now speculation about when what statues will be mounted on the plinths.
    6) @ 7:20 mins, it's good to see the black double gates mounted. I'd not noticed it before but it looks as though the fence-line is actually set in from the boundary, where the new surfacing is laid up to.
    7) @ 8:34 mins, I'm not convinced the white material is a primer. To me it looks as though it's sheet material laid with the grid acting as grippers, acting as an underlayer for either a PU, resin or Liquid Rubber screed finish (in dark-grey).
    8) @ 10:08 mins, we can see that both Isolation Bridges now have vehicle-restricting beam-gates on the West ends of them.
    9) @ 10:48 mins, yes, granite setts to be laid across the driveway, as a form of Pedestrian Crossing, as will be the case just west of the southern Isolation Bridge.
    10) @ 11:50 mins and afterwards, it's a surprise to see such substantial barricades being added into the mezzanine so late in the day.
    11) @ 15:40 mins, I suspect you were unaware, Colin, but a whole lot of the scaffolding on the ENE corner of the concrete roof, has now been erected in behind the barrel-cladding. It's a shame to have missed out on that.

    • @cp-overview
      @cp-overview  วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Thanks David as always.
      I'm still tending to disagree with you regarding the roof @8:34, The edges of the white/grey where you can see look feathered off like it was painted on, if it was a sheet material i would presume the edges to be a square edge?
      I was also surprised by the late addition barricades on the mezzanine, i can only think they have been additions due to H&S concerns?
      I did miss the scaffolding in the ENE corner, it was actually a lot darker than it appeared on the video and was only getting darker as the rain clouds came in.

    • @davidbadcock2225
      @davidbadcock2225 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@cp-overview You can certainly disagree. I can't be sure one way or another, and am guessing at possible explanations. If you think it's been a liquid material, what do you make of the grid within the area and the lack of any markings on the feet of the (temporary?) barriers? If the surface ahas been a liquid applied, then I revert to the grid structure as being some form of earthing strip, because they definitely attach to the bases of the steels. AND, IF they are earthing strips, that suggests there could be some interesting electrical developments to come on that roof yet, such as a Lumiere set up for the barrel-cladding. there is a cable feed and conduit leading to a 'cabinet' located just behind the castellations, which suggests some of form of powered lighting, perhaps?
      You could well be right re the barriers on the mezzanine. It still seems odd so late in the day as one would think the theory was applicable at the outset.
      The scaffolding on the ENE seems shrouded in adrkness and mystery, physically and metaphorically.

They seem to be playing around with the colours on the south stand so I hope so especially as theres a couple out of alignment on the east which is doing my OCD no good haha.

      No, Bailey, they never have been planning to do so. It was only shown on 'visualisations' for PR. Nearly every CGI'd visualisation has had things added or removed from the actual plans.

    • @cp-overview
      @cp-overview  วันที่ผ่านมา

      There was actually an official answer whilst we was on the tour. 1878, everton etc was originally going on the seats but then because of potential sponsors also wanting seat space it made more sense to make all the seats blue and then add in what they want afterwards as its easier to take one colour out than potentially taking blue and white seats out and changing the layout completely. It wasn't confirmed either way if that would happen.

    • @davidbadcock2225
      @davidbadcock2225 19 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      @@cp-overview Yes, I was aware of that. It's a case of semantics with regard to 'originally'. Maybe I should not have used the word 'Never' but some visualisations came out AFTER the approved plans that did not have the logos included.
      The initial designs and approved plans differed but I absolutely agree that any result of Naming Rights Sponsorship will affect the final result, as I have stated before but not in my answer above, because it's unlikely that there will be EFC branded logos in white seating in the stadium, unless, of course, no Sponsor is netted.

      Of course, the circumstances can change in a trice. If no sponsorship is netted, then TFG may decide otherwise. It's an easily flexible feature. persoannly, though, I lke the all-blue, as it all becomes irrelevant when the crowd is there and the results always look messy, compromised and as if a child has been playing with plastic bricks.
