So true but if someone tries selling u something thats too good to be true its probably a scam. To clarify, the call didnt start off with a hello it started off with a robot saying i can get $100 rebate if i pay them $1.95 or whatever i just cut it out to save time
U can usually tell its a scam when they start offering something too good to be true and/or they call you and/or ask for details like ur personal info (they usually sell it and if its a company u know and set up an acc with they shud already have it) and credit card details. For example this call didnt start off with a hello i just edited out the little robot voice telling me that I can get $100 to use at stores if i just pay $1.95 and then they got to asking me my home address, name, number all that good stuff. But some companies do actually genuinenly ask u to verify but its usually not every piece of information u have. As for the number, I don’t know which one it was cus my recent calls are full of different numbers i kept calling until someone picked up 💀
I told one to go to Naraka the other day and that Vishnu would cast wrath upon his family 😂 (Indian hell and sun god) bro sent me some Hindu shit I couldn’t understand lol
The gaslighting is over 9000
Wait I thought I was the only one to use Steve Johnson as a fictitious name. Steve Johnson Lives On!
Steve Johnson is my new alter ego from now on 🥸
Steve is one my many heroes 👏 😅
scam calls are going to be far more effective if they have american accents like this. Now we can't even tell at the start of they are a scammer

You should make your name really odd, like Steve Samsonite Johannisburge 😂
😂😂🎉
What’s the number and how do you know they’re scamming? I get nervous when they don’t have an accent
Its pretty obvious why would a random person be asking you for your credit card info over the phone to give you a dollar😂
