I didn't expect a 125 cc honda engine could be converted as inline 2, the only one that we could do is putting a suzuki raider 150 head and bore to a 125 honda engine to make it dohc 4 valve but this one is really on another level, im sure you work with 2,3,4 cylinder engines too the reason why you know to align and tap it accurately, man I wished I got those level of experience too, keep the videos going and I'll study them :)
the channel motorcycle tv of Vietnam did this too.His name is Lucio Nguyen,he is an motogp technician i think he did the same thing few years ago with just a drill press and casting aluminum welding technique just like this.He also did some 150cc cylinder on smaller motorcycles and alternative implant of Honda and Yamaha parts.
The man knows his stuff, with a room full of parts and some equipment he could build pretty much anything I’d say. There are car and motorcycle shops needing guys like him bad.

Havent seen the single cylinder version. Looks like a kit. Crankshaft has to be timed camshaft timed accordingly. Also there is the issue of ignition. Would be interesting to see the fabrication process of the modified parts

Great build, but I question the usefulness and power output of what looks like less than a 300cc parallel twin with a centrifugal clutch. Has the gearing been raised, or will it just spin the old Honda cogs with twice the torque? Power to weight ratio must be woeful.

a lot of prework has been skipped. what is the crank source? how did you cut two engines or joined them? the welding process of two cylinder heads? were they welded from outside only? the heat transfer issue? what was the source of other essential parts which fit exactly to the dimensions of two intergrated engines into one?

The pressure ratio of what? It's not twice the pressure in one cylinder but the pressure in two cylinders and the top just doubles the area of pressure (one for each). I don't see where any increased pressure would occur?

@@jstengineering1513 But the shaft is longer now, it has more area to distribute the tension, it's NOT the same shaft, it has the same amount of bearings as ONE shaft. one on each side of every piston shaft. Did you not watch the video? The pressure would clearly be evenly distributed. I mean this is quite obvious and if you were talking about strain on the crankshaft then why didn't you say so, that has nothing to do with "pressure". Your idea here that your comment is popular (it has two upvotes from the youtube community, I've seen people claiming they can run their car on water with more upvotes than that) lends nothing to it's correctness, if popular ideas were correct then the earth would at one point have had to be flat since everyone believed it to be flat. Probably so, I am a mechanic also and I can hear a loose valve or a timing chain or clutch making the wrong sounds from 20 feet away. You get used to listening to the motor, it’s speaking, you just have to speak the same language.

I'm not too sure about that crank Shaft, but everything else looks solid. I don't think this displacement is going to cause any problems though. Brilliant work, I am always blown away by Indonesians. They're Muslim and half of my family is as well. We have a lot of things in common. We love guns, hunting, fishing and anything that runs on liquid fuel. It's like they make everything I'm into, air rifles with Rosewood stocks (look up "senapan angin gejluk sonokeling) and you'll see what I'm talking about. Their speargun are gorgeous and so are their motorcycle mods.
Hi mate, I think that awesome dude is vietnamese, but in Indonesia, Thailand and like here Vietnam, all guys dismantle engines since the age of 9 or 10, so they acquire lot's of skill and knowledge early, that's all !!
What are you using in order to weld the cases together? I'm trying to do the exact same thing but with a V-Twin 2 stroke I was hoping you could possibly help. I would even be willing to pay for a custom V-Twin case engine crankshaft. I even send designs and dimensions.

Totally a kit look at the head he bolts on that ain't no home fan plus all he did was bolt stuff together. No one photo of machining

This kind of person who know how to fully customise engine for sure can troubleshoot engine problems just by hearing the noise from bad engine.
