When doubling the skirt as shown in the video, be sure to pin the top of the jig strip to the eye of the hook to make sure the strip lays tight against the hook. If done loosely as shown in the video you may end up with a bait spinning like crazy. We forgot that key detail. Sorry guys

Very informative. But is that heavy mono really needed for this rig ? You said for small dolphin ?

You can go lighter, but the rigs won't hold up as well. The heavier mono is easier to handle and you'll get more use out of the rigs. One great thing about Dolphin is they aren't leader shy. Please let us know if you've got other questions. Happy to help!
