06:00 The way she explains the tea making process is really interesting and very clear! Watched the entire video without missing a single second! Even I, a Sri Lankan, still didn't know how tea is made. Thank you so much for this informative and interesting video!
Absolutely captivating! 🤩 This vlog takes us through the heart of Sri Lanka's tea tradition. ☕It's inspiring to see the blend of tradition, expertise, and passion that goes into crafting each cup of this world-renowned tea. Your vlog not only celebrates the rich heritage of Sri Lankan tea-making but also its significant impact on the nation's economy and culture. We're grateful for your visit to the paradise of Sri Lanka, and warmly welcome you back for more aromatic adventures! #VisitSriLanka #CeylonTea
Coffe and Tea plantations were introduced to srilanka by British . I prefer tea because coffee is not a good choice for people living in a hot country like Srilanaka. Coffee is much better for ones living in European countries where normally have a cool climate.
Wow,the demonstrator gave a degree quality presentation about tea. Thank you so much. My father in law was a tea taster for Findlay a major tea company. He visited tea estates all over the world including Sri lankA India Bangladesh and Kenya
What a *beautiful video* 😱 *Amazing Just Amazing* 💜💜💜💜💜💙💜💙💜💙 Your all *videos is just a another level* 🥰 Keep it up *my cuty* 😘🥰 Love you a lot my *sweetest cuty of this world* 🌎
Ayubowan! Sri Lanka🇱🇰 is world renowned for her Tea. The distinctive taste of Sri Lankan Tea is unique. You have done a wonderful job in bringing out the details of Sri Lankan Tea from start to finish. Good luck to you and wishing Sri Lanka and the wonderful people Success! 🇨🇦❤️❤️❤️👍👍🇱🇰
@Too happy to be homesick If all the visitors were asked if they were Sri Lankans then the lucky ones would jump at the idea of identifying themselves as Sri Lankans. 🇨🇦❤️🤩😍👍👍🇱🇰
As a longtime tea lover (occasional coffee drinker), I have been able to taste the different Ceylon teas from the different tea growing regions of Sri Lanka, including Kandy; I do love their teas. The explanation of the processes from the lady was very exhaustive, I just learned that only rubber-wood fire is used in the process (no gas fire), and that there are 2 other tea leaf clones they use to produce the silver tip and golden teas for their internal consumption. Thank you very much for making this video, I hope to see more in the future. Enjoy your journeys!
I also live near Giragama Tea Factory. If I knew you before, I would have invited you to come to my house. You are a very humble person. ❤ come to Sri Lanka again.❤
I’ll post more videos soon 😊 when I lived in Oman I used to drink chai karak (tea with milk and ginger or cardamom) but it’s a little too strong for me. I do prefer Ceylon tea
when did you recorded this videos? I travel to Srilanka just 5 months ago and no one was wearing masks and there was no big fuel ques and the cooking gas was available... anyway really enjoying your contents from Sri Lanka, much love from Northern Europe..
Greetings from Italy! The Sri Lanka series was filmed last year in April then I could not edit and publish it because my mum fell I’ll. So I’m doing it now 😊
This Sri Lanka video series was filmed in April 2022 when the country was experiencing a political crisis. I am able to edit and post these videos only now because my mum fell ill and I had to take care of her
Yes I know, my Sri Lanka series was filmed last year this time - I could edit all my videos only now due to a family health problem. Now Sri Lanka does not have any of those fuel and gas problems anymore fortunately 😊
This Tea Factory is a Fake (Only for Tourist to show ) place. This is a tricky place to sell Tea to Tourist for a very Expensive price. The Driver ( Guide ) who brings the tourist to this place get Almost 50% commission from the Price. Your driver look innocent, But. He knows how to get into your pocket without knowing you. Thats the Habbit of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. Take care of you !!
It doesn’t matter if the tea factory was real or not real: it was very interesting and informative, I was happy to know how the tea is processed and the guide was fantastic. Concerning the guy who brought me there, he’s not a guide, he’s the son of the owner of my homestay and I personally asked him that morning to show me a tea factory and a temple if he was free, and he did. The entrance was free and I didn’t buy anything by the way. Anyway I’m happy if a tour guide could get a commission, given the poor salaries they receive
@@toohappytobehomesick You can pay the price. But. A normal Sri Lankan has to pay the same in future? You are not doing anything good for the peoples of Sri Lanka. Your are playing with the price and increasing the price of an invaluable product. I don’t know the story behind the political situation. People of Sri Lankan can not effect their daily bread and Tea now. Because of the Tourist and they play with the Money. They show a short TH-cam video and wanted to earn money ? Bad money ? Hurting their daily life ? What is this ? Is this money worth ?
@@toohappytobehomesick no you came to a right tea factory..i dnt know about this comment you got.. its ridiculous to assume about 100 million LKR worth of equipment and 70 million LKR worth of building cost is built just to fool tourists. Its a real tea factory and you got a perfect explanation and very detailed tour guide with the female presenter. Dont regard such comments.. Now things are better.. do come to sri lanka..
