Very nice, quite impressive for the price. What are your impressions of the product? I would use them for looking at the stars mostly, do you have anything you can think of that might be problematic for this?

It's a clever device, i've only tried it out a handful of times so far. The colour night-vision is quite impressive, i recommend using a tripod for more detailed footage as the image quality improves if the device isn't moving about. The regular night-vision IR mode is very good even on the lowest setting (i think it has about 7 IR power settings). I could clearly see a building 25m away on the 1 IR power mode. I was amazed how many stars i can see through it, the amount of satellites you can see moving at the same time in one shot was unexpected but quite fascinating. (I think i see 6 in one 15 second clip with some coming from different directions.) I'm not sure how long the battery lasts as yet, presumably the IR mode would use more battery if you had the IR bulb on brightly. I think it might be able to run while attached to USB power but don't quote me on that. I'm not sure of the focal length of this device but don't expect to see the whole milky way through it in one shot. I want to try looking at Andromeda galaxy thorough it one night as it might be visible. (I already own a smart telescope which can see Andromeda clearly: "Vaonis Vespera", you use a phone app on that smart telescope to move it to different items of interest in the night sky).

@@dtr125 Thank you so much for the complete answer! If only for looking at satellites, this is a good product for the price.
