Thanks! Seeing it as "take" helps a lot actually. I had been taught that it's a marker for the 'accusative', or object, but that only helps with how to use it, not when to use it. So I've been confused about it ever since. Hopefully this will make it easier.

you have to use 觉得 when you want to say "I think, ...". For example: "I think, he is a good person" -- 我觉得他是好人。 you have to use 想 when you want to say "I want to *something*", for example: "I want to go to China" -- 我想去中国。 It's actually basic differences. If I wrong, tell me about that.

把我門闗上 is a sentence that I use every day because my family taught it to me that way. It's entirely possible that it's a provincial sentence. I never have any way of knowing if what they have taught me is 'proper' or not.

Ho Serena Yeah you're absolutely right...I had the same feeling when I saw that example. I think the problem is that the given example is an imperative sentence, where we should use either "別把" or "不要把" instead of "不把". But in some cases where we start a sentence with a subject or with "why", it's ok to use “不把”. For instance, “為何不把門關上?”

Hmm don't think so. You can say lots of sentences with two objects and keep the basic word order. And they don't use 把。So it's not a must. For example, 老师，我想问你一个问题。Or 她骗了我很多钱。 It's more a stylistic choice. People use 把 they want to call extra attention to an object, marking it with a 把 in front, which then requires a change from the basic word order.
God explanation (although you used traditional 汉子, difficult to read ;). Two more things: 了 always needss to be placed at the end of the sentence. And it's used to determinate a verb (like 这本书 or 那本书) Thanks, waiting for more vids

The word before "Chinese" is "into", which is a preposition in English, whereas in Chinese "成" is a verb （similar to the meaning of "become"）. Personally I think the meaning of "把" is more similar to the meaning of "make", but it won't sound idiomatic in English if it's directly translated that way（make the sentence translated into Chinese, sounds a little bit odd, right?). However this could help you have better understanding of the word. Hope this helps:)

A traditional character unknown to you can be neither read, nor pronunced by you. Only you can do spelling strokewise. You can't get it without a Chinese dictionary.

Thats this ba 吧 (no tone) and it indicates request or suggestion, not this ba 把
