Out that way, i watch drivers using the slip lanes behind me, and they enter the carriageway with one wheel in each lane, because they're just not paying attention to car control. That said, while they are useless drivers, the other cars should have been giving way to them from 13:44 as they were now in the roundabout and you must give way to any vehicle already in the roundabout when entering, just coming from their right does not give anyone "right of way" (which doesnt actually exist in AU traffic law, only the requirement to "give way" does).
It does actually if you look it up ,if somebody is already on the roundabout and you are approaching and not yet on you must give way to the vehicle in front on r bout!
Roundabouts are controlled by give-way signs, which means you give way to those already in the roundabout which the silver car did not.
@@Sathzur I agree that they screwed up in the first place and failed to give way but once they were in the roundabout, the cars that followed who would have entered after the initial screw up would have been required to give way to them.

People normally get most of their driving lessons from their parents, so they just end up learning their parents bad habits and misunderstanding of road rules. And the actual rules tests are stupidly easy and don't cover nearly enough.
