She could actually forward footage to police if she got hold of it and the driver could be charged with 'reckless driving' or 'menacing driving'. Hitting someone with your car is not a justified response to someone being a karen, no matter how annoying the karen may be.
@@johnt.848 She doesn't have to be a vehicle to be there. Every time you feel some think they are acting entitled, you drive your car into them? For me it's the parents with their prams they think they are so entitled
I use the coordinates to check the road and find out what the speed limit is. Almost every time, the one with the camera is WAY over the speed limit. The one at 9:22 is doing 80, the road is 60kmh. The one at 9:15 is over 100, the road speed is 80. If both drove at the limit, there would be plenty of time for the turning vehicles. Compared that with the motorcyclist at 14:25, doing 43 on a 50kmh road, and able to stop in time. Finally, someone that is smart. So was 17:10, under the limit and avoiding a crash.
4:15 not that anyone should stand in a parking spot to 'save it', but I am thinking that deliberately driving into someone with your car because you think they shouldn't be 'saving a parking spot', is fineable, and rightly so, and the cammer is plainly as big a DF as he sounds for sending it in.
Disagree. By this logic, the girl could stand in front of a bus/truck/whatever and not be at fault? She shouldn't be there. And when she sees the car, she should (and did) move. No doubt he would have stopped if she didn't move. Should be more of this corrective behaviour for defective actions.
@@realitybites4144 1. She was not standing on a road so you cannot equate it with standing in front of a bus or truck. 2. Who says she shouldn't be there? What rule did she break? I can't speak for other States but in Qld a learner has to get hours up and so there's an app to record trips, dates and times. If that was a learner he/she gave the cops everything they need.

Either they did the illegal turn OR they are falsifying the logbooks. Either way they lose.
@@JohnJ469honestly the cops are not going to pursue these matters through a unverified video recording from a member of the public. Only if there is an actual accident, or the breach of the road rules is so egregious and dangerous that it would offend the sensibilities of normal people not to pursue, and even then. Its such a hassle. You have to introduce the video as evidence, which is hearsay, which means it has to be entered under some hearsay exception, its not a business record... and even then, then the foundation has to be laid and the video has to be verified, then somehow you'd have to ensure the time and date were correct, somehow. Very easy defence that the timestamp cant be authenticated, and therefore the time and date the video was made cannot be determined.

Nice, I hope it gets resolved properly & your damage fixed. I'm wondering why someone has a huge shifter like that at such a handy spot to grab quickly (could be a valid reason, but it hardly looks like a work ute that would be more likely to have a reason). 6:50 Not even birds watch where they're going these days
4:15 alright, so firstly: hilarious. But more seriously I wouldn't encourage ever doing that again. People will be cunts, doesn't mean we should push them with our cars.
Correct. Can't believe the amount of people in the comments praising this. Is it satisfying to see an annoying prick lose? Absolutely. But it's literally a 1 sec difference between a satisfying video being uploaded to dashcams or a murder charge for running someone over with your car. She could actually forward footage to police if she got hold of it and the driver could be charged with 'reckless driving' or 'menacing driving'. Hitting someone with your car is not a justified response to someone being a karen, no matter how annoying the karen may be.
i think touching someone without permission/consent may be classified as assault. could have drove 5cm to her and stopped and waited.
@@svetlanat3198 To be fair, she touches the car. All contact with car is regulated by her.
Weird logic. You are not allowed to drive towards another human like that. Time to start using those brain cells of yours.@@johnt.848

Your claim of attempted suicide would also immediately be dismissed by the judge...that's not how suicide law works at all. Is it bad that after watching so many of these compilations, that I can now tell where a clip is taking place based on the dash can coordinates?
I use the coordinates to check the road and find out what the speed limit is. Almost every time, the one with the camera is WAY over the speed limit. The one at 9:22 is doing 80, the road is 60kmh. The one at 9:15 is over 100, the road speed is 80. If both drove at the limit, there would be plenty of time for the turning vehicles.

Did the "L"-plater go out unlawfully solo with a passenger? Maybe the Montessori principle of education, that of experiential learning was being applied by the driving instructor. If so, that is a worry. A lesson learned through consequence could become a bit extreme, life-changing even.
Alternatively, a fully-licenced driver was driving who forgot to take the L plates off.
I can't speak for other States but in Qld a learner has to get hours up and so there's an app to record trips, dates and times. If that was a learner he/she gave the cops everything they need.

@@AnotherDoug I think you missed my point. If the camera shows an illegal turn at 2:15 on the 23rd of December and his/her logbook shows they were driving that vehicle between 1:30 and 2:30 on the 23rd of December, they're done.
