Don't know this lady but the gasman story... Her design training, her clothing, ... an esthetic environment is a BIG joy bringer. Second only to nature, but not by much. Saw a rainbow the other day, and had the time to really look. Imagine how that would have felt to early humans. That seems related to the childlike wonder and fascination we need more of.
