Ok Jason. Oh furniture , art, everything included? Furniture gives Quirky, modern, laid back livable vibes. Wide entry. Chill kitchen. Huge pantry. Lovely laundry 🧺 room. Unique recliner. Love the 2nd bar 🍷🍹🍸🥃🧊. Beautiful powder bath off the 1-car garage. Beautiful accent wall in the 1st floor guest/staff bedroom. Love the backyard. Great kitchen, seating, lounging, pool. Every home with a pool needs the outdoor cabana bathroom. Only thing neighbors next to and across are close. Yes to the elevator. Beautiful even bigger laundry 🧺 room. All guest bedrooms amazing in size. To think all the furniture is included 🙌🏼. Guests are not gonna want to leave 😂. Primary has a showcase closet. Oh 2 closets. Wetbar. En-suite 😮. This primary is like what; 2000 sq ft? Amazing. Outstanding fun home. Thanks for sharing. Vid didn’t feel long cuz you are funny and quite entertaining 🤗

I guess if you really want to be in Ft Lauderdale. I don’t see the value though. There’s a house on the intercoastel in Ponte Vedra for less than half the price. There is no view of a house across the way either. I can’t afford either one anyway but I guess I’d rather be in PV. You have enough left over to fly down to Miami in a charter flight, and stay at the best hotels.
