It continues to AMAZE me to witness Paul’s transformation. How Jesus changed his ❤️. Once a hater of Christian and now a lover. This gives me hope when thinking of my lost loved ones…..All things are possible with God.
I love your tone n shift with this one! As the book changes, so do. You cater so well from book to book- capturing the essence of them all! Thanks for letting me grow with you ❤
Praise God! 🙌🏼 Welcome here. My biggest desire is to help others get consistent in spending time with God in His Word, to find that relationship and joy and dare I say excitement ☺️
Great start to the Book of Romans. I am so blessed to have you in my daily walk with the Lord. Since walking with you from the start of the Book of Matthew I feel like I have grown so much knowledge and have become closer to God. Your way of breaking things down have been so inspiring. When I watched your video on Psalm 23, a light bulb went off in my head and I said, that is it, I just need to take it one word at a time and dig deeper. You doing that and sharing your journaling was something that clicked. Thank you so much for sharing God’s word and being our mentor and friend! God bless you!
ROMANS 📖what a great way to start my mornings reading and listening and journaling and asking the Lord day and night I bring you and your needs in prayer to God. I loved that verse. God knows how often I pray. 🙏🏻 just remind me don’t give up on prayer. Thank you another excellent teaching! 👏👏
Paul wrote Romans from the city of Corinth during his third missionary journey (Acts 20). 57-58 AD? Corinth a Roman city full of depravity. He was writing to the church in Rome (Jews & Gentiles). He makes it clear the gospel is one of faith and shows us what a lack of faith leads to. Great to see you are doing Paul's letters Kaela!
Yay! I am new to your channel. I am so grateful the Lord led me to your channel to talk about the Word of God and to talk about how WE ALL need Jesus!! I love Jesus so much I and I need to fellowship with those who love Him to. Blessings!!
I'm going to join this study. Romans seems very relevant to our day and age. It is a bold and heavy letter with hope of the Good News. I'm excited to learn more.
Hi Kaela. I've been through Matthew and Acts with you now and now starting Romans. This is helping me to grow so much, and I thank you and the Lord for His work in you. Debbie (UK)
I’m so excited to learn from you. I’ve followed you recently and your teachings have helped me considerably. Thank you for how you’re impacting us with the Word of God. God bless and reward you immensely ❤
Rita here from Nairobi, Kenya. Hebrews 10:38 - But my righteous one will live by faith, and I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back. also Galatians 3:11 Clearly no one who relies on the law is justified before God, because: The righteous will live by faith.
Just discovered your channel and am looking forward to more videos like this. Could you please create a playlist for your Book of Acts videos, like you did for Matthew? Thanks for what you're doing!
Good morning Kaela 😊 Wow, already examining myself…did I judge someone or gossip about someone? May the Lord cleanse my heart of judgment, gossip, envy, jealousy, O Lord , forgive me for dishonoring you. In Jesus Name, I pray, Amen
Romans 2:1-11 springs a trap, of sorts, for every reader who thought that Paul's devastating list of sins at the end of Romans 1 was about other people. In truth, everyone is guilty of sin. Those who judge others are guilty, also, of hypocrisy. Nobody will escape God's judgment for personal sin, including religious Jews and Gentiles. God will absolutely judge each person according to what he or she has done. If someone has lived sinlessly, doing only good, he will receive rewards and eternal life. If not, he deserves wrath and fury. This point sets up Paul's explanation of how we can, in fact, obtain salvation: by grace through faith.
God’s eternal power and divine nature are clearly seen in creation so that men are without excuse to not believe in God. Then Christians need to help them connect to their Creator through Jesus. I learned a good definition of idolatry in verse 25. It is worshipping and serving created things rather than the Creator.
The Holy Ghost whispered Romans 1 to me this morning but in flesh I brushed it off. I open this and your video pops on my feed. I feel so disobedient I’m sorry lord in Jesus name :( amein
Hello everyone, I have questions. These questions are hard questions, and I couldn't answer them myself through the Bible, or I think I might have misunderstood something! I'm just there to ask my questions. My question is what Jesus would have done if he had had a wife in his time in this world and men had started beating her (for whatever reason! It's just made up). So what would he have done? Would he have let his wife continue to be beaten in his presence according to the motto "love your enemy" and they (the men) will be punished by God later? And according to the motto: And if someone has hit me on my left cheek, I'll also give him my right. What would Jesus have done? What if Jesus had been bullied? I'm very sorry to write this! I have great respect for Jesus Christ and God! But I still have questions! What would Jesus have done then? First of all, try to appease the others with words, right? What if they had simply been evil people and had carried on? Imagine if Jesus had been in a school class and had to go to school because of compulsory schooling! What would Jesus have done if they had been deliberately angry with Him over and over again? Would he even have let himself be beaten, according to the two mottos above? I would like to ask for answers. I hope I can ask these questions. If not, I apologize in advance. Thanks in advance to everyone who thinks about this text and answers me.
Thank you so much for your prayers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 kaela
