Hello there! I just bought a Horizon Andes 5 elliptical trainer, but I can’t seem to fold it. I follow the instructions as per the guide - I place the wheels in the right area, but it doesn’t seem to work. Can you kindly help me with any suggestions? Thank you!!!

Hi Vivien, it is really impossible for me from here to understand why it does not work, I am sorry.
My suggestion is to call the customer service of the shop where You buy it and ask for help
