Usually these mk64 mods just change the character sprites nothing more. This is a total overhaul. Very nice. New voice clips, new items, some things have been changed on the stages.
It's nice to see any N64 romhacks, but I'd only consider it a total overhaul if they changed the race tracks and music. Super Mario Kart has some nice total overhauls.
