I got it from fretsonfire.org it’s a website where people download songs to play on Guitar Hero or Clone Hero on PC. It was DLC for Rock Band and people were able to easily extract the isolated tracks, sadly after awhile the devs changed the codecs so people couldn’t extract the individual tracks anymore
