Cycling Northbound on the Hudson River Greenway Trail, New York from Nyack towards Haverstraw

The Hudson River Valley Greenway is a system of parks, trails, kayak/canoe routes, etc. along New York's Hudson River, and the organization that serves to promote and preserve them. The Greenway system includes the Hudson Valley Rail Trail. Fourteen counties are in the Greenway area. Dutchess County, Putnam County, and Westchester County are in the Hudson River Valley Greenway Compact Area.

what kinda bike did you use?
im thinking of taking off from Albany on a carbon fiber trek with 28 tires
will I make it on the gravel sections?

I was on a hybrid with 38mm tires. It's mostly tight packed but there are some spots that can get muddy like around 8:56 .

Don’t ride this with a road bike, trail isn’t in good shape, better with a mountain bike, should have shown the sign at the end of the video saying no narrow bike tires, and then continue up the 9w ramp, past the gravel pit.
