Zach great to have a update on how things are going on the farm. So much has been accomplished in a year and it suggests that the two of you are very focused young adults with a plan to accomplish learning as much as you can in the process and applying those experiences in ways that makes life and management of a farm much easier and sustainable. Hopefully you all are able to continue generating nothing but best in your lives and on your Farm. Keep up the good work! May you continue to obtain, and be blessed with good health 🙏, growth, success and prosperity 🙏

Good to see you again I've missed the videos too. On Canning you said you don't have a pressure canner but you've been water bathing everything and that you are new to this. Not to sound negative but I do hope you have a Ball Canning Book and are following USDA standards for canning there are a lot of low acid foods that can only be pressure canned such as green beans, corn and potatoes just to name a few. A lot of people do Rebel Canning so your kitchen your rules but just wanted to throw that out there since you are new to canning. Anna In Ohio

Did you know that black locust also makes AWESOME timber to build creative things with (often used in playgrounds), especially when used as roundwood. Also great for fencing and posts etc. It's fast growing, doesn't splinter and its heartwood has a durability class of 1-2 so it'll last at least 40 years above and 25 years underground! Just make sure you remove all the sapwood cause that's worth less than cardboard.
