I had another coworker some years back who died taking corners too fast on a bike he probably couldn't handle. These stories stick with you. I delivered my own son stillborn just past 3 months in utero. He was lacking a urinary tract. It was discovered when the placenta water level was dropping and then a sonogram was done. There was an emergency on the hospital floor at the time so I was the one who delivered him. On the other hand, I've swam out into a squall storm to help save my brother. I substituted for a young father during a successful C-section. I helped restart a man's heart three times at a track meet and he survived to have bypass surgery. I found people laying on their backs who were throwing up and could have drowned but kept them from dying. I've been first on the scene at a motorcycle accident where his ankle was broken and bleeding and the guy was shaking he was in such shock and pain laying on the road watching his own blood run past his face. He survived. Before I was a teenager a friend of mine slipped at the pool and put his foot underneath a hurricane fence and cut it wide open down to the tendons. I calmed him as best I could and got his foot out so his sister could take him to the hospital. Be ready to help.

Earlier this year my mother was hit by a vehicle while she was chasing her dog. Wasnt the mans fault, but I could tell how bad he felt. So in the end I had no one to be mad at. Your words are spot on. Always cherish life.

I have experienced it, back when i was 12 years old i was hospitalized for being sick and such, i was in the emergency room, and a family came in with their child who wasn't even 1 year old, beside me they cry as they put the child down and ask for a heart monitor, as time passses, it went down by alot and it stopped. It was a tragic story that happened right beside me.

I sadly once saw a little kid fall of the train track, and just how you shouldn't react, the mother jumped down, train was already comming but she probably didn't know that, so end of the story, i saw a mother and her kid get ran over by a train at the age of 13. Happend like a year ago. Hope everyone who reads this never has to go through something like that😢
Man, I have this car that always speeds excessively on my street and I can't help but think this could happen to my kids or my neighbors kids one day. Always have your kids right close to you when walking on the street folks.
Ugh this is heartbreaking. My son is 6. Anytime we're walking near a road/traffic I always put him on the inside of the sidewalk so I'm between the cars and him because I'm terrified of this happening. 😢

The Same Thing Happened to my moms friend . bc he was Drunk And Crashed Into A Home And The Placed He Crashed In He Hit A Vegi Kid. But He Did A good deed too bc he was suffering and his parents would not net him go so he took him out of suffering.

Man I just got my license last Monday and when I’m in neighborhoods the speed limit here is 25mph but I always go like 15. Because kids do that and they don’t know any better. I know a kid that got hit by a truck like that too he survived thankfully with some injuries but I always go slow thru neighborhoods I don’t want to do something that’s going to destroy a parents life or me have to live with knowing I killed someone. A lot of lessons could be learned from this video too.
