Great design. I have to say though I remember seeing some mob farms that utilise pistons to cause damage to mobs automatically. Not sure how it works but shouldn't that be optimal for this creaking resin farm instead of the wolves?
Creaking are supposed to only create resin if you or your pet are the ones that hit it. Damage from anything else is supposed to do nothing as far as resin. Have not tried pistons but if they do work they aren't supposed to and I would expect Mojang to patch that.
