It's a good bit of kit, I'm glad I got one when I did.

Inte video, I brought this hammock, along with a super light DD hammock and an underquilt from FB Marketplace a few weeks ago. My initial thoughts weren't brilliant on the hammock itself compared to my other hammocks. I'm also yet to camp in these hammocks, but it's coming. it's just having time as you know. I'm semi local to you by the looks of the woodlands you are in, I'm over in Stafford and often go over Cannock chase. If your interested in a Collab it could make for a good couple of videos 👌👍

Yeah the DD hammocks are quite narrow but can be quite a comfortable sleep. I prefer a wider hammock like the Husk but then with that I have to set up a separate bug net. DD tarps are amazing though such good quality. Hope you enjoy your first hammock camp, I'll have a look at your channel now.

I had a tree hugger set up like you have and last week it snapped , both loops required on caribiner to whoopie sling . I dont weigh much so you gotta be careful , my coxyx is not happy at the minute

I bet that hurt. I've never had slings break but I have ripped a hammock in half once. Probably the fact I let two kids swing in it didn't help. Hope you recover quickly

No it stays quite dry. I also use separate slings to wrap around the tree and pack separately. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching

No, as long as I use the under quilt, it's really warm. You would love it 😁
