I love how there is no stuffing around with this guy. Straight up no bullshit need more business owners like him. I hope if i ever get a chance to build i find someone like him. You would never have to question his work cause he gives you the cheap way, a good way and what he would do and his time is used extremely well. Legend

Love your videos hope to see more. Would like to see captions for the Spanish parts but only if your editor can do that with ease. Great wrk to you and your crews. Glad there is still competence in the world still today.
Once the pond is pumped down. You may need logs for the excavater to float on and one to grade with, if you have a thumb. Wood chips to thicken the mud in the trucks and cut seepage out tail gates. You do not what soft mud moving around in the trucks on corners, aceleration and braking and poping the tailgates(real mess spread). Standard porcedaurd when hauling cow poo out of darie farms. All trucks need extra lockes on the gates.
Ugh... that's why I don't do homeowner shit... They want everything done yesterday and want to kick you in the nuts on the price. "Good work ain't cheap, and cheap work ain't good." My name and company's name and reputation are on the line, and I won't risk either for a couple bucks for a job that ain't done right. The headaches just aren't worth it. There's better customers and money elsewhere. I've been around long enough to spot the headaches over the phone.
wish we got way longer vids like other contractor youtubers, especially with you having a whole camera crew and stuff. more of a whole day vlog style opposed to a single shot that lasted 5 min. good work tho just wanna know u more
I do tower modifications, and unfortunately, the engineers are 8/10 times wrong, and we have to remodify the materials or the measurements. Im sure housing is a little different, but im sure they still mess up just as much.
Last year I dredged a pond with a vac truck dude pumped the water out and we hard piped to it with a flex hose and used high pressure water and squeegees we did it in one day no mess
Couldn't you drain half of it then vac truck the bottom like underwater dredging? I mean, it would suck but... the mess would be simple, and hoses can be added to reach. I was just wondering, I have done the excavator dredging and worked with dredge on ships. IDK if a large vac truck would be worth it?
HOA's are the devil. I owned a townhouse in Wilmington for 15 years, and the first year I lived there, they picked on me for the most ridiculous sh*t. Even tried to tell me what kind of a window blind I could hang in my front window. I told them straight up, how I decorate the INSIDE of my home is MY biz, so STFU. I started complaining to THEM about stuff like the fact we had a pool, was supposed to open Memorial weekend, and the vendors they had been paying hadn't even showed up. Pool was dark green, weeds were 6 ft. tall. I then told them I'd walk to the pool every morning after that, and the vendor had better show up or HOA better get new vendor. After me holding them accountable for a change, they left me alone and begged me to join the board LOL. NO thanks...
Local building inspector don't take to much to be smarter lol. And most architects don't anything about building. And only know building codes that pertain to framing if that. And it's not really his perogative to build a house not to code that's what the inspectors u just mentioned are for.
No but you Can add a small small amount of EZ-MUD it's called ... polymers.... It will Help the Solids and fine sediment fall out of the water and settle to the bottom . Being left with clean clear water .
I would build a pontoon system with some poles on the corners that you can drop and put the mini excavator on there or build some type of system. It may help out with a lot of ponds.
We certainly are going to make a better decision on the subject in which we intensively learned about in our different engineering disciplines. And we are certainly smarter in those disciplines than those who did not learn it. Tell me what person off the street is going to be able to recite a 40 page connection design report, with 40 more pages of material testing, and procedure development.

HOAs are run by people that peaked in high school. They need something to make them feel relevant again and the HOA provides that for them.
How has this Channel not blown up yet, I’m blue collar my self and I encounter the same shit. Keep up the good content brother.
probably because it’s all talking and no work being shown
Appreciate it!!

Drain it and fill with dirt lol done
No way in hell I’d move into that HOA
No way I’d move into ANY hoa.
It's just another layer of Nazi oppression.
So you can't mention Nazis.

HOA's are such a pain in anyone's ass. No way would I buy in to that kind of scrutiny.
Boone NC is a beautiful location ❤

We need ‘construction Spanish” 101 plus in schools
Absolutely!!!!
Last year I dredged a pond with a vac truck dude pumped the water out and we hard piped to it with a flex hose and used high pressure water and squeegees we did it in one day no mess
The pond was also lined tho so it was a bit easier with the squeegees and moving the material
Video?
Vac trucks are great for that exact reason.

Just dye it blue and call it good ha.
Why I won't buy land with water on it.

The engineer does though.
all the HOA issues you deal with is why I will NEVER buy in an HOA community
Cant you just chlorinate the shit out of it to clear up the water.? Dye the water?

Complaining how the pond looks, lmfao its not a moving water source. So of course its gonna look muddy and stagnant

This HOA is just as bad as the one in Leatherwood in Furgeson,NC.
