Another Black owned brand that I'm loving right now is Andrea Iyamah. Her resort wear is gorgeous and is sold on her website as well as Nordstrom and Saks I believe. Her swimwear is art! Others are Mille Collines and Tenicka B always speaks of this Ghanaian designer whose name starts with a "D" and her resort wear pieces are amazing also!

I remember Christopher's collection at Target that lasted 30minutes at the store. STRAIGHT GONE GIRL...NOTHING LEFT TO PURCHASE. Most of these designers I am aware of. Thank you for educating the girls. I have yet to step foot in 45/Ten in Dallas. I read an interview of McMullen....yes they do know what they are doing. Kodo's to them.

There is also a wonderful American handbag designer whose bags are made in Africa Anima Iris. I love her leathers and the quality of her bags. I think they are worth a look.
