Nice review and I also just got this bike recently. Very happy with it, on its own it is definitely NOT small at all. Even being 184cm tall I kinda hate it if I have to get up and down too often. My friends and gf have difficulties anyway to get up. ;-)

I tested that bike a couple of weeks ago. It's not small at all. However when I stand the handle bar feels low (I'm 5'10"). I have to bend down quite a bit. Good review though.

I have been a longtime lurker but ngayon lang nag subscribe because I wanna put out a few of my own thoughts on the bike in comparison to others with a somewhat similar price range. I get who the demographic target for this bike is - those wanting to get into BMW without buying the flagship GSA battleship thingamabob. But whether you're going for either a street-biased adventure or a dirt-biased adventure riding, there are still a lot of other options there at the same price point as the G310GS. Not trying to bad mouth the bike here - hell, I would buy the bike if I could just for the sake of it being a bimmer - pero at that price point, I believe there are better options already available out there. I would rather consider a CB500X (379k) and a Versys 650 (if you can squeeze your budget to 425k) for street-biased riding. For sure Tollway-legal ka pa. Not that I am concerned kasi nasa Mindanao ako eh. Then there's the Versys X300 (270k) or the CRF250L Rally (285k) for dirt-biased riding. Also, if purely street biased/commuting/long ride and wind protection is not really an issue, I'd rather have any of these bikes (all prices shown kinuha ko lang sa websites ng Motortrade, Wheeltek, and Yamaha Yzone): Kawasaki Vulcan S - 395k Kawasaki Z650 - 375k Honda CBR500 - 379k Suzuki SV650 - 399k Yamaha MT07 - 419k Overall, I know there will still be people who will buy this bike, and I do like it based on your reviews. But meh, I'd rather make ipon more to get the MT07, but that's just me.

I have built mine fairly well so far. With the Kenda BigBlock tires under it now, it has really started to shine off road!
