Just look at what makes up the Labour party front bench, It's hard to find anything that supports any credibility in terms of competence and even the basics of managing even a small business let alone a nation.
Looks like the only people who get hired will be from agencies with short term contracts between the employer and the agency, which will be extremely detrimental to honest working people seeking employment. Employers just won't be able to risk taking someone on fulltime.
I’m 77 & throughout my working life I’ve seen some properly terrible workers that are not only useless but some that have done their best to derail companies & management that we’re dreadful !

Same here. Worked from age 17 to 70 including as an employer and some, so called, workers are worse than useless and the good workers carry them.
