Your videos are so good that it's a crime your channel isn't recognized as others out there. I hope that one day you will so big as you deserve on YT, shout out from Brazil ❤️
Haha thank you Amy, however I would strongly recommend AGAINST watching these videos at work, I don't wanna be responsible for the embarrassment you'd feel for getting caught watching these
I actually liked labyrinth zone I think that's because of the diffrent paths you can choose to go to I feel like sonic 1 was all about exploration since there are many routes you can take and that's what I like about sonic 1
Yeah that's also why I don't really mind labyrinth zone so much, the shortcuts you can take cut out basically all the bad parts of the zone, and it's weirdly fun to try to beat quickly. While I do like most of the exploration you can do in Sonic 1 (mainly GHZ and SLZ), I do just prefer the variety in routes and paths in S2+3 more. Thanks for checking this out! :)
Btw the music playing at 4:02 is Stages 4, 6 from Time Trax on Mega Drive (composed by Tim Follin) Excellent choice! This is precisely the 50hz version I recommend checking out the 55hz version as Tim intended it to play at a speed halfway between 50hz and 60hz It sounds magical
Ayy good spot! The 55hz versions do sound absolutely stellar, 60hz just feels way too fast for my tastes, although the 50hz versions aren't bad either!
@@AuspiciousFrog Absolutely my thoughts. You should check out Bionic Commando on C64, stage 1 was completely remixed beyond recognition it's so crazy Stage 4 is probably my favourite with its insane solos th-cam.com/video/HZmCRSGfhg0/w-d-xo.html
i've been on a sonic craze recently, so it was my shock to see this in my notifs i always thought of sonic 1 as the experimental game before they really had it all figured out. it goes in a pattern, speed stage and then puzzle stage. the speed stages allow you to, well, go fast, and the puzzle stages provide a nice challenge (except for labyrinth. f*ck you labyrinth) inbetween. plus the music in this game is really good. star light zone is a personal favorite
Haha that always seems to happen doesn't it? I never thought about it like that, that's actually quite an interesting way of looking at it and it makes a lot of sense. I feel like they brought that puzzle stage mindset back for Sandopolis in S3. Oh definitely! While I believe that 2 and 3 have it beat, there's absolutely some great tracks, star light zone is a BIG highlight!
another instant classic, how does the man do it?? seriously though, absolutely stellar video dude- you knocked it out the park again!! i only wish more people could share in this wondrous content (also, censoring Bri**ish genuinely made me laugh out loud, not something i get from most videos you legend)
Thank you so much man, I really appreciate the kind words and I'm really happy you enjoyed it! Hopefully more people will see it soon! Just gotta get it out there ;)
@@AuspiciousFrog ohh noo. Once I was borrowing a friends Xbox 360, and it RROD’d at my house. He came back to pick it up a week later and yelled at me because he thought I modded his Xbox, and now he was banned from Xbox Live. Stopped hanging out with him after that.
@@AuspiciousFrog Also he somehow “fixed” it and sent me a video. And that for the next 2 days, he just played on Xbox Live, meaning he didn’t get banned. And then it broke again. I’m assuming that’s a lie, and he just went out and bought a new one same day. I don’t know why he said it broke after 2 days, because I went over to his house, and he had a new one sitting on the tv stand.

this video is so well made i hope your channel explodes soon

Thanks! Just gotta give it time!

only 849 subs this was high quality
God I love the editing in this video, super quality stuff!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Dude the editing quality on these videos is absolutely poppin off, how do you do this wizardry?
Years of """"""""practice"""""""" haha ;)
Is that a clip from Motherless Brooklyn?! I LOVE that film!
It is! Well spotted!
I hope in the new Sonic game they add a frog companion named Micheal Cornwallison
Y'know what yeah that would be pretty epic tbf
My days this was great to watch at work, hard to keep a straight face
Also banging editing, keep it up!

Sheeeesh doubled the production quality in one video. Didn't even think it was possible to get better. Awesome video buddy!! Hilarious content
Thanks man! Great to know my hard work is paying off!

Marble and Labyrinth Zone are awesome! No one likes speed anyway!
They are both my favourite zones in all of sonic!!! infact my least favourite part about sonic is the speed :(
