5:38 it's called z-fighting in the 3d world. It happens because two shapes are in the exact same spot (or the Wii rounds it to be in the exact same spot because it's far away) so the Wii doesn't know which one to show in front. In this case, the modeler put the grass and road in the exact same or similar spots, making them "fight" for the spot in front - z-fighting. For it to be fixed, the modeler must apply what's called a "boolean" on the road/grass - connect the two together somehow.
This proves that everyone should explore CTs andto see what glitches/hidden areas we can find. I mean, Petete Park with the Cataquacks? Incredible. Course I'll leave that to you and others because I'm lazy.
Of all of the things to think about while watching this.... It's how similar to Justin I am.... Not sure if that's a good thing but I'll definitely take it,

Daisy Cruiser: Very nice view, cool to race on, the pool is cool, but the box(3:30) is too glitchy. Rezway: The world record of the glitchiest custom track ever. But still, the glitches looks pretty cool. Petite Park normal track: Pretty cool, nice view, some shortcuts, not too long, but too bumpy Petite Park Out Of Bounds Area: SO AMAZING!!!
