This guide also works for the Sony WH-XB910N, just tried it! The plastic clips you see in your video, are on the earpads instead of my headphones though.

my replacement earpads came with a plastic installation tool, but they were so hard to get off I snapped the tool in half and ended up using a knife anyway

why is it so hard to put the earpad back into the headphone?
Not sure, it was easy for me when I did it
