I miss him dearly. Cubs radio will never be the same.
Too bad he left us before they won it all. Hughes & Coomer do a fine job, but listening to Santo w/ Pat on the radio was a huge part of me becoming a Cubs fan.

If you love Ronnie, make sure to listen to Pat Hughes "Baseball Voices" about Mr. Santo. I'm guessing you'll laugh quite a bit and maybe shed a tear or two thousand. :)
You could hear it in Ron's voice how he lived and breathed the cubs. He was the embodiment of the love that fans have for the cubs.
