Besides the entire viltrumite empire fighting a planet filled with moon busters and some occasional planet busters would be very uneven. One shot from Vegeta could possibly take out several thousand at a time. And if they go great ape most of the saiyans would be over the power level of 10,000. Even a saiyan like Raditz would be a planet buster if he went great ape. All it takes is one energy sphere from either of the vegetas and the viltrumites are done for.

You're missing something whenever you count the characters in invincible doing speed runs. Both in the comics and the show, they actually describe how they travel through space without a spaceship. They bend space around themselves. They don't actually super speed that. That's the reason whenever you see the viltramites actually fight. They don't do it at FTL speeds. They are quite literally not capable of fighting at the speed they travel at. Saiyans on the other hand are. It is shown in both the Manga and the various shows that as a saiyan grows more powerful and their speed increases their ability to fight at those speeds increase as well. This actually includes fighting at FTL speeds, and yes, they are capable of flying interplanetary distances and interstellar distances without a spaceship. While they can't hold their breath for days at a time until they become gods. Or at least high level super sayings they are capable of holding their breath for 30 minutes to an hour. Also, apparently within that time Broly as an infant in one of the movies was capable of traveling enter stellar distances. It was actually described as traveling enter galactic distances in the first movie with him as a character. As a buck naked child. With a registered power level of 14,000 in the move at the time.
Its actually more debatable if they can. Because there are a few instances of them actually reacting at that speed, like when Allen reaction speed dodged a space ship that was travelling between galaxies
Saiyans would win because they have superior combat reflexes, superior agility, and better hand to hand combat than Viltrumites. And just because they have a higher population and live longer, doesn't always mean that they could take out Saiyans easily. Keep in mind that Viltrumites did not defeat a species that is capable of one shot Viltrumites called Rognarr. And they're (Rognarr) not even a planet level tier threat to take them out.
Goku has that but the other's aren't even a 10th as good as him. Viltumites are also super skilled just going off living for so long. I'm mean have you seen them fight? The have better team work 100%.

As a technicality the stated differences in power could mean that unless Viltrumites dogpile into or around something like a full power (maybe with or without Ozaru buff) Galick Gun, then their smaller size and slightly lower durability than the intended target would mean they could be vaporized. However then the stated difference in speed makes the fight not a fight but a guessing game of who made which first move. So unless somebody does one of those full power 360° explosions of ki, he's getting shanked in the back before he can even destroy a few thousand of the quadrillions of Viltrumites. The other thing I want to just ask though is I think an "invasion" is generally considered a handful of Viltrumites, not an all-out genocidal war. If you reduce the numbers, the difference in speed still means that they can get a lot done, but it also means a Saiyan doesn't need to make such a large volume of ki to account for so many targets. Oh yeah, there's one final note. It's not something I'd reccomend but the properties of ki on the series suggest to me it has armor piercing, heat, and fluid qualities. So unless a Saiyan is too weak, it actually may be possible for them to fire a narrow shot and brain a Viltrumite even faster than trying to incinerate the whole body. Remember, I only said might. I just refer to the various finger beams and ki blades we've seen, but that information must be taken with a grain of salt. It is not naturally super effective, one must train it and focus it. DBS Piccolo's improvements on his Special Beam Cannon seem to support the idea that you can further train piercing qualities of ki to handle extremely far above your normal "weight division". In my opinion though the real kicker here is whether Broly is around. His rate of growth for either version and his base power are crazy. He'd cone out the crib swinging about as hard as King Vegeta, at least for raw stats, and he seems to always have a respectable fighting intuition, albeit beligerent. Dude could probably be called "The Savior Of Vegeta" if they ink out a victory.
Thing is combat speed and travel speed are different just because Usain bolt can run at 19mph doesn't mean he can fight at that speed the comic even explains how they travel distances like that but they can't fight at light speeds

I actually believe that the Saiyans can still win. The Earth is roughly four times bigger than the moon. Roshi's power level was only 139 when he destroyed the moon and Raditz was at a power level of 1,500. Raditz would be around planet level and he would be 10x stronger as an Oozaru. Also in the manga Kid Goku have dodged laser beams from a robot and he had a power level of 149. And yes Oozaru can increase your speed because Vegeta in Oozaru was still faster then Goku even with Kaoken. The average base Saiyan's power level is 5,000+, but even with the Oozaru they won't be fast enough to catch Viltrumite, but I do think they can still diminiah the saiyain numbers faster due to Oozaru and long range attacks.
Um buddy just becuase the earth is 4 times bigger doesn't mean it takes 4 times the power to blow up. Surf bone did a good video about this if you want to learn more. Also NO the average base Saiyan's power level is not 5,000+ it's more like 1k to 2k.

The kid goku light speed feat comes from interpretations that goku ran to roshi, took his glasses, and put them on all while the light was traveling, since tien activated it before we see goku do all that
Taking Piccolo's moonbusting from DBZ Kai is more accurate than the Original Anime since the Original Anime releases were full of filler and the Kai series almost completely removed all the filler. This even includes Piccolo blowing up the moon. In Kai in takes about 4sec. The Shortest distance between the Earth and the Moon is 363thousand km or 225.6 thousand miles. It would take an object moving at the speed of light roughly 1.2sec to reach the Moon from the Earth. Given Piccolo's beam took little over 3x that time, that would make it around 25-32% the speed of light. If we took the longest distance, that's 251thousand miles. It would take light 1.35sec. Piccolo's attack would then be notably faster. Around 33-36% lightspeed. Still impressive considering it wasn't a main attack of his and not charged. His Battle Power at the time while weighted was just over 300. We do understand that a character's Battle Power is reflective of their energy output and speed with exceptions only for those with distinctive abilities (like Burter). And thanks to skills like Kaioken and Transformations, we know such abilities directly affect all the users abilities. Speed and energy projection included. With the exception of Oozaru, which doesn't increase speed at all. It's thanks to this that we know it's reflective in their battle power. Bulma recorded those figures during the fight between Goku and Vegeta. When Goku used his 3xKaioken, his Battle Power was 24,000 and thanks to his earlier displays, we know the multipliers to his stats included speed. Taking that logic and applying it to Piccolo, if his moonbuster was an average of 30% lightspeed with a battle power of over 300, then his charged Special Beam Cannon attacks against Raditz that reached a BP of 1,330 and 1,440 respectively, would each be over 4x the output of his Moonbuster and, logically, 4x as fast. Which could indeed mean it was as fast as light or slightly faster. Jump forward to the fight against the Saiyans and despite Piccolo being much stronger than he was previously, Nappa, while charging towards the Z-Fighters, was still fast enough to stop and side-step an energy attack from Piccolo, without breaking a sweat or showing the slightest bit of concern. Indicating even he's at least low FTL. As for the argument on Viltrumite speed, it is true they can achieve speeds that allow them to cross galactic distances, however what's being left out is the fact Viltrumites need to continually accelerate in order to achieve those speeds. Those speeds are not what they achieve or use in battle. In every fight we've seen, they've never actually fought at such speeds. If they could always move at those speeds at any time, Nolan would never have had any trouble with Red Rush. Instead Nolan had to keep accelerating his senses just to be able to catch him. Even then we've had plenty of instances of Viltrumites being fought by others moving far below lightspeed. Such as Nolan and Mark's fights with the ReAnimen. That isn't saying Viltrumites can't be fast and generally are much faster than most sapient species. But their most notable speed feats all required continuous acceleration over a long period. On the other hand, a Saiyan can go from 0 - Max pretty much instantly in combat/close range. As far as populations. Yes, Viltrumites have a massive numbers advantage. Then again, it only takes a few Saiyans to wipe out entire planetary populations in short order. Hell if you include "Bardock: The Father of Goku", Freeza is quite annoyed that a single squad of low-class Saiyans is operating at the same level or better than his Elite Forces (Not including Zarbon, Dodoria or the Ginyus). Plus, if Raditz was considered a weakling with a BP of 1,500 and he could casually tank moonbusting attacks, how much would numbers help if he could kill scores of every-day Viltrumites in one attack? Let alone as an Oozaru. Which would make him almost as strong as Vegeta's base power in the Saiyan Saga. Sure, being in Oozaru form makes Saiyans big targets, but if it takes a BP of 10k to destroy a planet and the average Saiyan warrior has a base level of over 1k, then it would mean every Oozaru is literally spitting at or above planet-destroying power. Consider if Nappa turned Oozaru. His BP was 4,000. With a 10x boost from the Oozaru, it'd be 40,000. That's stronger than Zarbon's transformed state and he ragdolled Vegeta initially in that form before Vegeta got his zenkai boost. King Vegeta at the time of the planet's destruction is said to have a BP of over 10,000. So if he went Oozaru, it'd be over 100k. Nearly as powerful as Captain Ginyu and greater power output than any member of the Ginyu Force. Plus in DBS: Broly there was the scene of Freeza showing off the new Scouters and used it to locate a number of Saiyan Snipers, each with Battle Powers averaging around 2,000 or above. Certainly there's no speed boost with Oozaru, but in these instances the Oozaru is basically a tank firing nukes dealing with swarms of flies. Eventually the flies are all gonna get fried. I guess after that whole text wall, perhaps the question would be whether or not it'd be Population vs Population, or just invasion forces? Because as one of the problems noted is that while Viltrumites have greater healing than Saiyans do, that Zenkai Boost isn't to be underestimated. Especially if continuously applied, like we saw on Planet Namek. Vegeta arrived on Namek with a BP of 24,000 and after a week of fighting and several near-death experiences, he capped out at a BP of 2million. In one week, Vegeta became about 84x stronger. Imagine how it'd be for Saiyans if they had to continually fight off and survive against Viltrumite invasion forces? Saiyans that withstood them each time would only continue getting stronger, faster. Whereas Viltrumites take decades, if not centuries, to get stronger. And Saiyans do have Healing Pods. So they can recover from battle using those a lot faster than even a Viltrumite could naturally.
Nice video! I found out about this channel from your main channel's Velma video. I agree with the outcome but only because it's been reiterated multiple times now that not all saiyans were warriors. They were probably still powerful but I'm pretty sure Gine (Goku's mother) confirmed that some of them just weren't cut out for fighting like the stereotypical saiyan. We know from the Buu saga that saiyan's who fail to consistently train will begin losing power. If all saiyans were at least as strong as Raditz, then they might have had a chance at winning the fight. The secrete weapon of saiyans would have been their AoE ranged attacks. We've seen Piccolo capable of vaporizing a moon's worth of material from incredible distance. You can fit a lot of viltrumites into an area the size of the moon. If all saiyans could cast attacks with that large of an AoE, then there is little reason to believe a veritable swarm of viltrumites would not much more than get mass vaporized whenever these attacks popped off.
Saiyans win EASILY, Radditz was the weakest saiyan warrior, but yet, he was strong enough to blow the moon according to his powerlevel, KID goku being able to outspeed light from the solar flare , getting a pair of sunglasses and then avoiding the move blinding effect using them, is the funniest display of how screwed viltrumites are
I don't know where this Radditz is the weakest comes from. Sure out of the last 3 he was but he was a first class Saiyan worrier. Goku and others were too week to even live on the planet.

Current base Goku is stronger than battle of Gods Goku. BoG Goku was strong enough to threaten the entire Universe 7 macrocosm. Putting present Goku against the viltrumites, even at their peak, would be a massacre.
Here's another interesting vs debate question, if the most OP character were to suddenly appear in another series world, how strong will they become, given if said other world is stronger to their's. Example: Alucard from HellSing is basically impossible to kill in his own world, but how well can he adapt to in the world of Naruto, Bleach, JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, and several other Shonen animes. (He'll be far from immortal in their world, but far from killable depending on who encounters him first.) This is an idea I had for a while and would someone to expand on said idea to see how interesting these possibilities can lead up to. (To make it simple for most of them. They arrive at basically the beginning of the story.)
The trick to ones like those tend to be measuring various hax like whose reality warping would take precedent over whose or if somebody is a skilled enough manipulator of souls to destroy Alucard kinda like how Kratos beat Hades. They're certainly fun, just ya gotta keep your trivia razor sharp.
Honestly the viltrumites are far more well organized and technologically advanced then Saiyan’s but I won’t blame them too much since they were subjugated by the most dangerous being in their galaxy and were likely limited with the technology they were given/stolen by Frieza and the tuffles.🤔🐱
Heres the thing about the 40 ton ordeal king kai's planet is literally heavy gravity that no normal person can walk on so imagine how heavy 40 tons would be on super harsh gravity especially when amped up to be over 50 tons and higher also even if the vilturmites strength is in numbers if the gap between a saiyan and a vilturmite is so gargantuan really they wouldn't get hurt from their attacks neither whatsoever along with the fact that usually in db whenever someone is significantly weaker so regardless i think the saiyans still have this Especially if they are still massively stronger with numbers being on the vilturmites side also if they do have GA its gonna be one-sided still because even though they are huge they are still fast as vegeta can keep up with kaioken goku who was trying to reteeat and goku was shocked at how fast he was they only lose their ability to be agile due to their massive size
Even if Saiyans are much more powerful, what are they going to do when the Viltrumites build a disc to block out their Sun and starve them out, like they did with the Ragnarr, except they were resilient enough to survive for centuries while frozen. Or bring a large pack of Ragnarr to the planet as attack dogs during an invasion. Point is, the Viltrumites are smart enough to fuck the Saiyans over, and the Saiyans aren't.
Ragnarr are as dumb as sheep and cannot fly. That's why blocking out their sun worked on them... Saiyans are smarter than humans and can fly, so they would simply fly over and blow up the disc.
I'd say that even without such an overwhelming numerical advantage, the Viltrumites would win simply on account of their ability to fight in outer space. Viltrumites have an entire interstellar empire, Saiyans are stuck on a single planet, if it goes bye bye so do they, like we saw on the show. I'd waver only a couple of dozens of Viltrumites ramming planet Vegeta together would be enough to destroy it.

A chance of winning doesn't mean they will win most of the time. Viltrumites are faster and they are brutal. They won't give them a chance to let them get back up, especially when they out number them more than 10 billion to one. Dragon Ball chariters don't scream loud or high enoghe. Also some of the stronger viltrumites have fought inside the sun before.
Indeed, in a 1v1 fight the average Saiyan wipes the floor with the elite Viltrumite without even needing to go full big monke mode. But the difference in numbers is simply way too great to overcome. The Viltrumites would win, although with many, many casualties.
Omni Man is NOT that fast. He can travel that fast because they bend space around them. Viltrumites can't fight at those speeds. Red Rush is clocked in just over 400MPH and his fighting speed is faster than Omni Man's. He was able to get to and push Immortal out of the way before Omni Man could reach him, even when he had the jump on them. He was also able to punch him in the face multiple times before Omni Man was able to learn his style and predict not react, predict his attack. Saiyans fight at speeds far above what even a high level Viltrumites can handle. I'm just saiyan.

There is a difference between Ki enhances speed and natural speed. If the saiyans used ki enhanced speed for too long, eventually they’ll exhaust themselves. And seeing there are a quadrillion viltruimes, they are def going to tire out eventually. Great ape form turns most Saiyans mindless too. Vegeta was an exception because he was their best warrior. This would just make it easier for the viltrumites to pull it off
something I want to add when it comes to striking power, love the video btw. When it comes to ki in DBZ it is used to amplify physical strength. Even though you're probably right about Toriyama pulling that number out of his ass, people have speculated that's how much Goku can lift with his natural muscles, and no ki. Think about it. You said yourself that Vegeta can tank a moon busting attack. Well Goku managed to hurt him with punches later in the fight. So he's overpowering the durability of a guy who can tank moon busting attacks. I'd say the Sayians then can lift more than just a mountain then
Just because Saiyans are so OP, doesn't mean you have to limit them so much. It took 3 Viltrumites ramming into an already weakened core, to destroy a planet (One of the Viltrumites 'Thadeus' also said that if they had messed up, they all would've died) while King Vegeta alone took down 3 planets just by raising his hand. Saiyans only send one baby to conquer planets while a full adult Viltrumite is sent to conquer a planet that too slowly. It takes years for a Viltrumite to get stronger (Older the Viltrumites get, more powerful they become). Nolan is some two thousand years old. Meanwhile Goku at just the age of 40 has managed to get to lesser universal level. Saiyans can get powerful and become planet busters more quickly than a Viltrumite. They don't need thousands of years to do that.
I think it's a little strange that you say I'm downplaying and then you bring up things I talked about in the video. Saiyans are more powerful but they need to take on one billion Viltrumites each. Not every Saiyan is king Vegeta or his son. At this point in time he's 12 BTW.

In the Invincible universe, they have shown many times that when a viltrumite try to physically attack someone that is much more durable than him, he injured himself in the process. Using real world logic, this is like you breaking your knuckles by punching a steel wall. Using this same logic would mean that the Viltrumites would seriously injured themselves just to land a decent hit on the Saiyan in their base form let alone in their Great Ape form when the Saiyan get 10x power boost. Beside numbers don’t matter if their attacks doesn’t hurt the enemies. That is like you fighting a bunch of insects. All you have to do is squash them and there is that they can do to kill you. 😃

Large enough that it took long enough for bardock to heal, travel to planet meat, confirm his visions and escape dodoria, return to vegeta secure an attack ball and send goku off before confronting frieza a above vegeta. Viltrumites have a very small population and don’t have the advantage of being able to order them all into one place. So yes the viltrumites may be able to cull planet vegeta in the first half of the war but if any survive the attack and escape or the off world sayains are smart then they will get clapped in round two. After all the threat of extinction is the mother of evolution. You’d likely end up with several super sayains and considering super sayains fight at several times the speed of light and we’ve yet to see a viltrumite do the same I don’t think it’d take more then a one on one match ups for the remaining sayains to come out in victory. Sayains are the ultimate warrior species.

Viltrumites are naturally physically stronger than saiyans. Travel speed viltrumites, combat speed saiyans. Abilities saiyans, powers go either way but viltrumites is a little bit more habitual.

One shot from Vegeta could possibly take out several thousand at a time. And if they go great ape most of the saiyans would be over the power level of 10,000. Even a saiyan like Raditz would be a planet buster if he went great ape. All it takes is one energy sphere from either of the vegetas and the viltrumites are done for.

You're missing something whenever you count the characters in invincible doing speed runs.
Both in the comics and the show, they actually describe how they travel through space without a spaceship. They bend space around themselves. They don't actually super speed that. That's the reason whenever you see the viltramites actually fight. They don't do it at FTL speeds.
They are quite literally not capable of fighting at the speed they travel at. Saiyans on the other hand are. It is shown in both the Manga and the various shows that as a saiyan grows more powerful and their speed increases their ability to fight at those speeds increase as well. This actually includes fighting at FTL speeds, and yes, they are capable of flying interplanetary distances and interstellar distances without a spaceship.
While they can't hold their breath for days at a time until they become gods. Or at least high level super sayings they are capable of holding their breath for 30 minutes to an hour. Also, apparently within that time Broly as an infant in one of the movies was capable of traveling enter stellar distances. It was actually described as traveling enter galactic distances in the first movie with him as a character. As a buck naked child. With a registered power level of 14,000 in the move at the time.

Saiyans would win because they have superior combat reflexes, superior agility, and better hand to hand combat than Viltrumites. And just because they have a higher population and live longer, doesn't always mean that they could take out Saiyans easily. Keep in mind that Viltrumites did not defeat a species that is capable of one shot Viltrumites called Rognarr. And they're (Rognarr) not even a planet level tier threat to take them out.
Goku has that but the other's aren't even a 10th as good as him. Viltumites are also super skilled just going off living for so long. I'm mean have you seen them fight? The have better team work 100%.

As a technicality the stated differences in power could mean that unless Viltrumites dogpile into or around something like a full power (maybe with or without Ozaru buff) Galick Gun, then their smaller size and slightly lower durability than the intended target would mean they could be vaporized.
However then the stated difference in speed makes the fight not a fight but a guessing game of who made which first move. So unless somebody does one of those full power 360° explosions of ki, he's getting shanked in the back before he can even destroy a few thousand of the quadrillions of Viltrumites.
The other thing I want to just ask though is I think an "invasion" is generally considered a handful of Viltrumites, not an all-out genocidal war. If you reduce the numbers, the difference in speed still means that they can get a lot done, but it also means a Saiyan doesn't need to make such a large volume of ki to account for so many targets.
Oh yeah, there's one final note. It's not something I'd reccomend but the properties of ki on the series suggest to me it has armor piercing, heat, and fluid qualities. So unless a Saiyan is too weak, it actually may be possible for them to fire a narrow shot and brain a Viltrumite even faster than trying to incinerate the whole body. Remember, I only said might. I just refer to the various finger beams and ki blades we've seen, but that information must be taken with a grain of salt. It is not naturally super effective, one must train it and focus it. DBS Piccolo's improvements on his Special Beam Cannon seem to support the idea that you can further train piercing qualities of ki to handle extremely far above your normal "weight division".
In my opinion though the real kicker here is whether Broly is around. His rate of growth for either version and his base power are crazy. He'd cone out the crib swinging about as hard as King Vegeta, at least for raw stats, and he seems to always have a respectable fighting intuition, albeit beligerent.
Dude could probably be called "The Savior Of Vegeta" if they ink out a victory.
Thing is combat speed and travel speed are different just because Usain bolt can run at 19mph doesn't mean he can fight at that speed the comic even explains how they travel distances like that but they can't fight at light speeds

That is true. I think there were some lightning feats back for young Goku, who was far weaker than most saiyans, so this would improve their chances considerably. Won't be surprised if they still suffered noticable loses, though.
I actually believe that the Saiyans can still win. The Earth is roughly four times bigger than the moon. Roshi's power level was only 139 when he destroyed the moon and Raditz was at a power level of 1,500. Raditz would be around planet level and he would be 10x stronger as an Oozaru. Also in the manga Kid Goku have dodged laser beams from a robot and he had a power level of 149. And yes Oozaru can increase your speed because Vegeta in Oozaru was still faster then Goku even with Kaoken. The average base Saiyan's power level is 5,000+, but even with the Oozaru they won't be fast enough to catch Viltrumite, but I do think they can still diminiah the saiyain numbers faster due to Oozaru and long range attacks.
Um buddy just becuase the earth is 4 times bigger doesn't mean it takes 4 times the power to blow up. Surf bone did a good video about this if you want to learn more. Also NO the average base Saiyan's power level is not 5,000+ it's more like 1k to 2k.

Taking Piccolo's moonbusting from DBZ Kai is more accurate than the Original Anime since the Original Anime releases were full of filler and the Kai series almost completely removed all the filler. This even includes Piccolo blowing up the moon. In Kai in takes about 4sec. The Shortest distance between the Earth and the Moon is 363thousand km or 225.6 thousand miles. It would take an object moving at the speed of light roughly 1.2sec to reach the Moon from the Earth. Given Piccolo's beam took little over 3x that time, that would make it around 25-32% the speed of light.
If we took the longest distance, that's 251thousand miles. It would take light 1.35sec. Piccolo's attack would then be notably faster. Around 33-36% lightspeed. Still impressive considering it wasn't a main attack of his and not charged. His Battle Power at the time while weighted was just over 300. We do understand that a character's Battle Power is reflective of their energy output and speed with exceptions only for those with distinctive abilities (like Burter). And thanks to skills like Kaioken and Transformations, we know such abilities directly affect all the users abilities. Speed and energy projection included. With the exception of Oozaru, which doesn't increase speed at all.
It's thanks to this that we know it's reflective in their battle power. Bulma recorded those figures during the fight between Goku and Vegeta. When Goku used his 3xKaioken, his Battle Power was 24,000 and thanks to his earlier displays, we know the multipliers to his stats included speed. Taking that logic and applying it to Piccolo, if his moonbuster was an average of 30% lightspeed with a battle power of over 300, then his charged Special Beam Cannon attacks against Raditz that reached a BP of 1,330 and 1,440 respectively, would each be over 4x the output of his Moonbuster and, logically, 4x as fast. Which could indeed mean it was as fast as light or slightly faster.
Jump forward to the fight against the Saiyans and despite Piccolo being much stronger than he was previously, Nappa, while charging towards the Z-Fighters, was still fast enough to stop and side-step an energy attack from Piccolo, without breaking a sweat or showing the slightest bit of concern. Indicating even he's at least low FTL.
As for the argument on Viltrumite speed, it is true they can achieve speeds that allow them to cross galactic distances, however what's being left out is the fact Viltrumites need to continually accelerate in order to achieve those speeds. Those speeds are not what they achieve or use in battle. In every fight we've seen, they've never actually fought at such speeds. If they could always move at those speeds at any time, Nolan would never have had any trouble with Red Rush. Instead Nolan had to keep accelerating his senses just to be able to catch him. Even then we've had plenty of instances of Viltrumites being fought by others moving far below lightspeed. Such as Nolan and Mark's fights with the ReAnimen.
That isn't saying Viltrumites can't be fast and generally are much faster than most sapient species. But their most notable speed feats all required continuous acceleration over a long period. On the other hand, a Saiyan can go from 0 - Max pretty much instantly in combat/close range.
As far as populations. Yes, Viltrumites have a massive numbers advantage. Then again, it only takes a few Saiyans to wipe out entire planetary populations in short order. Hell if you include "Bardock: The Father of Goku", Freeza is quite annoyed that a single squad of low-class Saiyans is operating at the same level or better than his Elite Forces (Not including Zarbon, Dodoria or the Ginyus). Plus, if Raditz was considered a weakling with a BP of 1,500 and he could casually tank moonbusting attacks, how much would numbers help if he could kill scores of every-day Viltrumites in one attack? Let alone as an Oozaru. Which would make him almost as strong as Vegeta's base power in the Saiyan Saga.
Sure, being in Oozaru form makes Saiyans big targets, but if it takes a BP of 10k to destroy a planet and the average Saiyan warrior has a base level of over 1k, then it would mean every Oozaru is literally spitting at or above planet-destroying power. Consider if Nappa turned Oozaru. His BP was 4,000. With a 10x boost from the Oozaru, it'd be 40,000. That's stronger than Zarbon's transformed state and he ragdolled Vegeta initially in that form before Vegeta got his zenkai boost. King Vegeta at the time of the planet's destruction is said to have a BP of over 10,000. So if he went Oozaru, it'd be over 100k. Nearly as powerful as Captain Ginyu and greater power output than any member of the Ginyu Force. Plus in DBS: Broly there was the scene of Freeza showing off the new Scouters and used it to locate a number of Saiyan Snipers, each with Battle Powers averaging around 2,000 or above.
Certainly there's no speed boost with Oozaru, but in these instances the Oozaru is basically a tank firing nukes dealing with swarms of flies. Eventually the flies are all gonna get fried.
I guess after that whole text wall, perhaps the question would be whether or not it'd be Population vs Population, or just invasion forces? Because as one of the problems noted is that while Viltrumites have greater healing than Saiyans do, that Zenkai Boost isn't to be underestimated. Especially if continuously applied, like we saw on Planet Namek. Vegeta arrived on Namek with a BP of 24,000 and after a week of fighting and several near-death experiences, he capped out at a BP of 2million. In one week, Vegeta became about 84x stronger. Imagine how it'd be for Saiyans if they had to continually fight off and survive against Viltrumite invasion forces? Saiyans that withstood them each time would only continue getting stronger, faster. Whereas Viltrumites take decades, if not centuries, to get stronger. And Saiyans do have Healing Pods. So they can recover from battle using those a lot faster than even a Viltrumite could naturally.

I agree with the outcome but only because it's been reiterated multiple times now that not all saiyans were warriors. They were probably still powerful but I'm pretty sure Gine (Goku's mother) confirmed that some of them just weren't cut out for fighting like the stereotypical saiyan. We know from the Buu saga that saiyan's who fail to consistently train will begin losing power. If all saiyans were at least as strong as Raditz, then they might have had a chance at winning the fight. The secrete weapon of saiyans would have been their AoE ranged attacks. We've seen Piccolo capable of vaporizing a moon's worth of material from incredible distance. You can fit a lot of viltrumites into an area the size of the moon. If all saiyans could cast attacks with that large of an AoE, then there is little reason to believe a veritable swarm of viltrumites would not much more than get mass vaporized whenever these attacks popped off.
Saiyans win EASILY, Radditz was the weakest saiyan warrior, but yet, he was strong enough to blow the moon according to his powerlevel, KID goku being able to outspeed light from the solar flare , getting a pair of sunglasses and then avoiding the move blinding effect using them, is the funniest display of how screwed viltrumites are
I don't know where this Radditz is the weakest comes from. Sure out of the last 3 he was but he was a first class Saiyan worrier. Goku and others were too week to even live on the planet.

Here's another interesting vs debate question, if the most OP character were to suddenly appear in another series world, how strong will they become, given if said other world is stronger to their's.
Example: Alucard from HellSing is basically impossible to kill in his own world, but how well can he adapt to in the world of Naruto, Bleach, JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, and several other Shonen animes.
(He'll be far from immortal in their world, but far from killable depending on who encounters him first.)
This is an idea I had for a while and would someone to expand on said idea to see how interesting these possibilities can lead up to.
(To make it simple for most of them. They arrive at basically the beginning of the story.)
The trick to ones like those tend to be measuring various hax like whose reality warping would take precedent over whose or if somebody is a skilled enough manipulator of souls to destroy Alucard kinda like how Kratos beat Hades.

Heres the thing about the 40 ton ordeal king kai's planet is literally heavy gravity that no normal person can walk on so imagine how heavy 40 tons would be on super harsh gravity especially when amped up to be over 50 tons and higher also even if the vilturmites strength is in numbers if the gap between a saiyan and a vilturmite is so gargantuan really they wouldn't get hurt from their attacks neither whatsoever along with the fact that usually in db whenever someone is significantly weaker so regardless i think the saiyans still have this Especially if they are still massively stronger with numbers being on the vilturmites side also if they do have GA its gonna be one-sided still because even though they are huge they are still fast as vegeta can keep up with kaioken goku who was trying to reteeat and goku was shocked at how fast he was they only lose their ability to be agile due to their massive size
Even if Saiyans are much more powerful, what are they going to do when the Viltrumites build a disc to block out their Sun and starve them out, like they did with the Ragnarr, except they were resilient enough to survive for centuries while frozen. Or bring a large pack of Ragnarr to the planet as attack dogs during an invasion. Point is, the Viltrumites are smart enough to fuck the Saiyans over, and the Saiyans aren't.
Ragnarr are as dumb as sheep and cannot fly. That's why blocking out their sun worked on them... Saiyans are smarter than humans and can fly, so they would simply fly over and blow up the disc.

I'd say that even without such an overwhelming numerical advantage, the Viltrumites would win simply on account of their ability to fight in outer space. Viltrumites have an entire interstellar empire, Saiyans are stuck on a single planet, if it goes bye bye so do they, like we saw on the show. I'd waver only a couple of dozens of Viltrumites ramming planet Vegeta together would be enough to destroy it.

A chance of winning doesn't mean they will win most of the time. Viltrumites are faster and they are brutal. They won't give them a chance to let them get back up, especially when they out number them more than 10 billion to one. Dragon Ball chariters don't scream loud or high enoghe. Also some of the stronger viltrumites have fought inside the sun before.

Omni Man is NOT that fast. He can travel that fast because they bend space around them. Viltrumites can't fight at those speeds. Red Rush is clocked in just over 400MPH and his fighting speed is faster than Omni Man's. He was able to get to and push Immortal out of the way before Omni Man could reach him, even when he had the jump on them. He was also able to punch him in the face multiple times before Omni Man was able to learn his style and predict not react, predict his attack. Saiyans fight at speeds far above what even a high level Viltrumites can handle. I'm just saiyan.

The great ape form may be a bigger target. It’s stated in DBZ when goku fought great ape vegeta, Goku said vegeta was faster. Being bigger doesn’t always mean slower. Besides the entire viltrumite empire fighting a planet filled with moon busters and some occasional planet busters would be very uneven. One shot from Vegeta could possibly take out several thousand at a time. And if they go great ape most of the saiyans would be over the power level of 10,000. Even a saiyan like Raditz would be a planet buster if he went great ape. All it takes is one energy sphere from either of the vegetas and the viltrumites are done for.

Add the multiplier of great ape and now the weakest link they have is just as strong as king vegeta’s base form. Because great ape is a ten times boost so now the weakest saiyan has a power level of 10,000. Which is enough to blow up several planets. And you have an entire planet full of them. All the great apes have to do is keep their tales wrapped around their bodies and they’re chilling. Because what viltrumite is honestly going to get close enough to a planet erasing ki explosion they can use at will around themselves. There is a difference between Ki enhances speed and natural speed. If the saiyans used ki enhanced speed for too long, eventually they’ll exhaust themselves. And seeing there are a quadrillion viltruimes, they are def going to tire out eventually.
Great ape form turns most Saiyans mindless too. Vegeta was an exception because he was their best warrior. This would just make it easier for the viltrumites to pull it off

something I want to add when it comes to striking power, love the video btw. When it comes to ki in DBZ it is used to amplify physical strength. Even though you're probably right about Toriyama pulling that number out of his ass, people have speculated that's how much Goku can lift with his natural muscles, and no ki. Think about it. You said yourself that Vegeta can tank a moon busting attack. Well Goku managed to hurt him with punches later in the fight. So he's overpowering the durability of a guy who can tank moon busting attacks. I'd say the Sayians then can lift more than just a mountain then
Just because Saiyans are so OP, doesn't mean you have to limit them so much. It took 3 Viltrumites ramming into an already weakened core, to destroy a planet (One of the Viltrumites 'Thadeus' also said that if they had messed up, they all would've died) while King Vegeta alone took down 3 planets just by raising his hand. Saiyans only send one baby to conquer planets while a full adult Viltrumite is sent to conquer a planet that too slowly. It takes years for a Viltrumite to get stronger (Older the Viltrumites get, more powerful they become). Nolan is some two thousand years old. Meanwhile Goku at just the age of 40 has managed to get to lesser universal level. Saiyans can get powerful and become planet busters more quickly than a Viltrumite. They don't need thousands of years to do that.
I think it's a little strange that you say I'm downplaying and then you bring up things I talked about in the video. Saiyans are more powerful but they need to take on one billion Viltrumites each. Not every Saiyan is king Vegeta or his son. At this point in time he's 12 BTW.

I might disagree with you. In the Invincible universe, they have shown many times that when a viltrumite try to physically attack someone that is much more durable than him, he injured himself in the process. Using real world logic, this is like you breaking your knuckles by punching a steel wall. Using this same logic would mean that the Viltrumites would seriously injured themselves just to land a decent hit on the Saiyan in their base form let alone in their Great Ape form when the Saiyan get 10x power boost.
Beside numbers don’t matter if their attacks doesn’t hurt the enemies. That is like you fighting a bunch of insects. All you have to do is squash them and there is that they can do to kill you. 😃

Large enough that it took long enough for bardock to heal, travel to planet meat, confirm his visions and escape dodoria, return to vegeta secure an attack ball and send goku off before confronting frieza a above vegeta. Viltrumites have a very small population and don’t have the advantage of being able to order them all into one place. So yes the viltrumites may be able to cull planet vegeta in the first half of the war but if any survive the attack and escape or the off world sayains are smart then they will get clapped in round two. After all the threat of extinction is the mother of evolution. You’d likely end up with several super sayains and considering super sayains fight at several times the speed of light and we’ve yet to see a viltrumite do the same I don’t think it’d take more then a one on one match ups for the remaining sayains to come out in victory. Sayains are the ultimate warrior species.
