    I love organizing my VHS and Betamax in my collection, and I am moving to a new room to get myself organized.

    @snake2006 First of all, the last Betamax was made in 1993, not in the mid 80s. And blank Beta tapes are STILL available - and there are always Beta machine available on eBay!

      Betamax did died out by 2015 and so does VHS the next year in 2016. Thankfully I got my first Betamax tapes to be joining in my collection.

    to be honest, I nearly puked when I seen that Ampex 60 tape with Starlost. I just keep having bad experiences with Ampex open-reel and cassette tape
